a year agoEach experience with imaging plus has been great but yesterday the team at imaging plus were able to get my son in for an ultrasound within a couple of hours of contacting them which brought us great relief. Jarrod was so thorough and explained everything to us and was really great with my 4 year old son. It’s definitely a family friendly environment and I highly recommend them!a year agoNot only is the receptionist Jody so thoughtful, kind and makes you feel very comfortable at the imaging clinic. She is very knowledgeable and efficient, it helped myself know I’m in great hands! Jarrod the owner has created a wonderful, professional, very clean/sterile clinic that again, gave myself so much insight and knowledge compared to any other imaging place. I highly recommend for any pregnancy to visit as they will show you 3D images in a very comfortable setting and the technology he has cannot be beat. The only place I recommend now! In a world where “healthcare” treats patients like just another number. It is refreshing to walk into the welcoming clinic and be treated with kindness, concern and respect. Jarrod, was very knowledgeable was able to accept me as a “walk-in” which was impressive as my refferal was from my Dr in Hobart. If you live close, use this service.2 years agoI had an amazing experience at Imaging Plus thanks to Jarrod (the sonographer) and Jodie (the receptionist). Both were extremely welcoming and professional. The clinic itself is private & modern with free parking at the door and no wait times for appointments. The report for my scan was back to my GP the following morning and the team were extremely flexible around my availability. I could not speak more highly of Imaging Plus and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks so much guys!

4 months agoI received excellent service with my prescriptions. The employees were all professional and helpful.The owner also gave me advice on GPs to try as I’d just come in from a terrible encounter. I was obviously flustered and upset but his welcoming, friendly and helpful manner was a balm all of its own. I was made to feel like I was part of the community. This will be my pharmacy of choice in the Burnie area.

Staff also come into the top categories.2 years agoMr Boland and his staff are always very helpful always ready to give advise when needed. Always very friendly. I am a regular customer of Bolands Pharmacy but previously I inquired on stronger pain killers for something (that I couldn’t see a doctor for until late the next business day) and they did not have anything. Later that evening I received a phone call – it was Mr Boland asking if I was feeling better and if not, he had something that will assist with the pain until I see my doctor. They actually care about the health & well-being of their customers. A month or so later, a close family member passed away of Cancer and those family members were also regulars of Boland’s to have their prescriptions and medicines prescribed.Once the family member passed away, Mr Boland and his staff were kind enough to send a sympathy card to my grandfather for his loss. If that’s not good customer service than I dont know what is.6 years agoShower Caps Delighted to find a good range of shower caps available in this store. Some very pretty models with embroidered flowers and other plainer plastic caps. It is very hard to locate good shower caps in 2016 and I was very happy to be able to buy some for Christmas gifts and for myself.

I’ve been twice now and been treated by Dr Luke for cellulitis pain (with blood clots) in my lower legs, knee and hip pain. I could not recommend this service enough, so friendly and never makes you feel uncomfortable. Extremely courteous and explains everything and costs before treatment.
Dr Luke was very effective in treating my shoulder pain. The staff are very friendly and I sensed a sincere desire from Dr Luke to help me get well.
Left extremely angry and upset I went in there for treatment for a herniated disc ($100 treatment) and got diagnosed with a twisted back which is $200 acupuncture. I got 5 needles in my stomach and was there for 10 minutes. I simply can’t see how there could be $100 difference between treatment methods especially me already knowing I had a herniated disc in the first place. I would strongly advise no one to use this service all they wanted was to take my money and not help me at all it’s very disappointing that people take advantage of the vulnerable people in pain.

Firstly, there was no consultation about the price of the twisted back treatment mentioned prior to the treatment taking part, no discussion of money until the end. Not sure why you would make this story up. I really can’t understand how there is a $100 difference between a herniated disc treatment and a twisted back when I received 5 needles in my stomach doesn’t make sense to me. is herniated disc treatment only two needles?
Secondly, I think there may be a communication breakdown here because my back and leg felt the same when I left in as when I walked in your establishment. Or why else would I have booked and a further appointment? Which I cancelled once I realised the costs of the treatments.
Thirdly, yes, you’re correct I did make the payment and left the store quite embarrassed and a little confused I read your signs outside which had the prices on the window that was the only point of discussion of payment. Maybe I was in the wrong for not asking how much it was going to cost before you proceeded to do the treatment but let’s not kid ourselves you did not discuss the payment before the treatment started as you stated.
Fourthly, I think there’s a gap with the language barrier between the two parties involved, my stomach was inflamed because I have a stomach disease not because of the back pain that I have from a herniated disc. I repeat again you did not tell me how much it was going to cost before you started the treatment there was no discussion of $200 and there was no “OK” following. I also noted you edited your response where you talked about your friendly service and how some people in this world that you just can’t please. Not once did I mention your service was not friendly, I simply offer this advice, so you improve for future customers, so they do not have the same experience as I. This is my version of the story thank you for taking the time to read it.
My wife Deb has calcification in her left shoulder and couldnt lift her left hand up. She visited the acupuncturist 4-5 times since 2021 and didn’t have any improvement, infact health got much worse….… whatsoever don’t waste your time and money
@Good response, I would actually go as far to say that this is a clear case of negligent practice and a lack of duty of care to a client.
My right knee has Meniscus injury tear ligament been over one years and half .the Doctor suggested surgery, and one of my friends recommend Dr Luke ,only two treatments been done in his clinic ,now my knee no pain at all .highly recommended Dr Luke , obsolutely ,he done amazing job??.thanks .
