a month agoNice new premises with lots of doctors and generally on time which is nice. Downside is that they each decide how much they will bill you and if they choose to bulk bill for under 16 yo. After a few visits I discovered only 1 or 2 doctors do and we were never told this during our booking. Also they are quite expensive for a standard consultation and seemed very rushed. They need more front of house staff. We will use as backup from now on.a month agoHaving recently swapped to the Ochre clinic I got in to see Dr. Aaron Lewis with my 5 week old. As a first time mum I was stoked to be greeted with a positive, relatable and proactive doctor that made me feel super comfortable. He didn’t muck around getting the results back to me asap. Feeling very confident that bubs has found her new GP.5 months agoThe staff are are wonderful very pleasant and professional. The wait time is under 15 minutes. We see Dr Nick Stanley and he is simply amazing, very skilled and he explains in detail what he will be doing in plain easy to understand language. He is a very gentle and caring man.2 months agoOchre never fails to impress. As someone with multiple autoimmune conditions the care taken by all the practitioners is outstanding. in the last weekI was a visitor to Caloundra and needed to see a Doctor at short notice. I am generally a nervous patient but felt very at ease with Dr Beukes. He listened to what I had to say and acted very professionally and caring and tended to my health problem. Today my son seen Dr Fatin, she was fantastic with him, he then had to go and get 3 needle’s, The 2 nurses went out of their way to make him feel safe and not scared, they were hands down the best nurses I’ve ever met! Thank you so much ?
Dr Anto was very helpful, considerate and kind. His expertise as a Doctor is excellent. The discussion and outcomes of our 15 minute phone this morning were very good and I am very pleased to be in his care as his patient.
My treatment is age related and I must say if I do what I am told I should last a lot longer,,,lol. I do like the blood pressure apparatus which is a hospital grade type machine. I have found the service and treatment that I receive excellent and I can recommend Apollo General Practice to anyone seeking efficient health care.
