2 months agoI’ve attended Main street Medical centre for the last seven years. The staff there including the doctors have always treated me in a respectful helpful and caring manner. I highly recommend their professional services. I have attended a couple of other medical centres in Hervey Bay over the years and generally most are competent and professional. But personally I feel that the Main Street Medical Centre is the finest establishment in the Bay that delivers Medical services..a month agoDr. Lin is absolutely amazing, so caring and thorough. The reception staff are always amazing too, very professional, efficient and always willing to help as much as they can when they can. I am happy to be a patient at this clinic.4 months agoWe’ve been coming here for a long while now & have found all the staff from the Reception to Doctors & Nurses to be friendly,helpful & very polite. Whether your their for a Dr’s visit an injection or anything else you’ll be well looked after.If your nervous about having injections don’t be as their great with them. Highly recommend.a month agoChris and the team on front desk reception are always so friendly and try to accomodate where they can to help assist you when you require last minute appointments. They also have an easy online booking system to book your appointments. I’m relatively new, and have worked my way thru many medical centres here in Hervey Bay trying to find a good doctor. A friend recommended Dr Pooja and from the first visit with her, I felt comfortable and in very good hands. She listens. She acknowledges. She treats you with such respect. The reception girls are all lovely and accommodating. 5 stars for professionalism. To leave feeling like I matter, is what you need from a doctor. Thank you Dr Pooja ?

I am very happy with the medical treatment provided to me by Dr Tokyo. She is very supportive of my medical needs. Nurse Jane is also great at her job. Very caring. Receptionist were also friendly and helpful.
Always happy with Eli Waters Medical Centre. Receptionists are super friendly and Drs that actually care. Especially Dr Tokyo, she’s fantastic and always smiling.
One particular receptionist who’s name escapes me is so lovely and truly an asset to the practice (she has an English accent)
Went there 3 times for an annoying cough. Each time gave me pills for indigestion which I do not have.. Called them over 2 weeks before I could get in again. Big language problem… Only when I google the pills they gave me did I find out they gave me wrong prescription . Really do not recommend.. and the office staff used a 4 year old address . Just wasted my time. These people have no idea what they are doing
Dr Oxana Agareva who we see at this clinic, is an exceptional doctor – kind, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. The clinic itself is modern and beautiful. We’re grateful to have such an excellent service available to us locally.
Excellent, friendly and most competent receptionist. First time I have seen this doctor, she was just lovely, diligent and very easy to converse with.
