3 weeks agoIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. Clearly, being condescending and rude is part of the hiring requirements at this place. IMB as a whole isn’t a great bank but this particular branch just gives it a terrible name. The workers are some of the rudest people I have EVER come across and I hope to never step foot inside this place again.5 months agoI appreciate the service and help I received from this branch. I went for a loan and tried to change the rate on me 3 days into the loan. I lost all trust for them. I am not happy with IMB at all. I wish i had known the sort of business they were before signing as i would never have touched them. No stars if i could!4 years agoStaff are always very friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond every time I pop in. I’ve never had any issues in all my years of being with IMB. Also hats off to the manager who helped me set up my home loan

What is going on with the wait to serve business cash customers. The ladies are doing their best but only one teller to serve a line out the door.
This branch is a joke. Road block after road block. The manager makes it so difficult to access your own money. It is unfortunate that you can’t do everything online because I would be very glad to never step foot in this branch again.
As you can tell from the other reviews on here, they are most certainly accurate, Wollongong NAB is the worst form of establishment I have ever witnessed. The staff here seem so physiologically depressed that it is almost infectious, seemingly imposed by their incompetent manager Tracy who struggles to construct a coherent sentence. A typical bank branch manager I guess – ugly, old and overweight. Not sure why they have to make everything so difficult, probably because of jealousy.
Waited for an hour for service with the line crowding around the door. They seemed to have at least 7 staff, three were helping while the rest were picking their nose or something else more important. If you need useless someone at the front just to ask people “have you tried the app” I’ll give in my resume tomorrow. Ridiculous.
I wouldn’t wish the pain and torture of going to this branch upon my worst enemy.
Try do a simple cash withdrawal and you get interrogated like a criminal.
That manager Tracy (I think her name was), yuck…love I’m just trying to get my money out. Not bomb the twin towers, there is no need to be so rude. I guess she feels like she is a lot more important than she really is, ohhh look at me I’m a bank manager I’m so important.
I really hope I never have to return here ever again in my life and I’d say to anyone thinking about going. DONT DO IT.
