They kitted up our Levo & Tero beautifully & even delivered our two black e-stallions to our ‘stable’ today!! We can’t wait to get out and ride our trusty steeds soon! a week agoRolled up to Will Ride last minute on the way to a TDU stage after a crankset mechanical & the guys dropped everything, fixed it asap & got me rolling back out to the TDU stage without charge or fuss. I purchased my Focas bike from Ben from their store in Adelaide. The price was very good and they arranged prompt delivery to Sydney.
I had a quite a few questions and Ben was very helpful and always got back to me. The customer service is fantastic.
Bicycle Express has been my go-to bicycle store for over 10 years now. I had my bikes stolen back then and was greeted by Ben when I walked in the store with my insurance funds. Ben helped me replace all my bikes and gear and I’ve never looked back. I chose the store because I like the Cannondale & Trek options they have, plus the range of other gear.
There have been numerous times when Ben and the mechanics team have got me out of a pickle pre-race. I’ve either booked in at late notice or have been able to limp in with a problem – every time the Team have found a solution. I’m always grateful for their friendly service. Plus, my bikes are still going strong with many, many hours of enjoyment along the way!
Lovely and efficient staff! Helped with a punctured tyre change + didn’t have wallet on me so needed options within my limited budget. Staff member was helpful and unshaded by my lack of bike knowledge. It turned my day around!
Came in during TDU for a trek demo. The trek guys were great but the shop staff were friendly and efficient too in my dealings with them. Would happily return! Shop has a great collection of kit for sale.
Had Focus derailier hanger in stock and fitted it at short notice all for a very reasonable price. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.
