Dealing with Christine Banks was an absolute pleasure, her knowledge of the Bundaberg area was a god send. It was great to purchase a home of an amazing agent, it felt more like dealing with a friend. The office staff were friendly, helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I emailed all the real estates in town, they were the first to respond, there were no pressures, no red tape and they had it sold within the week, negotiating and bargaining the highest price. They asked for $1000 up front to advertise the sale of the block of land and they refunded $972 of it, which means they are honest and which I did not expect from any real estate. Great Customer service, managed to fit my job in to their already busy schedule. Found a problem not related to requested job and offered to fix it for me. Very happy customer and definitely recommend you give them a try.
These guys have a beautiful clean showroom and lots of expert knowledge! We needed a generator today, they had stock ready to go and they were efficient and friendly making sure we had all the necessary equipment. Luke sorted us out and even popped some fuel in our generator and made sure we were ready to go! Great service guys!
Very knowledgeable staff. Needed a replacement bore pump. Our old pump was 26yrs old so was certainly good quality. The person who served us new exactly what we needed and offered excellent advice on fitting the pump.

Thank you for the patience shown when I had my old brushcutter repaired. For the life of me , the clutch wouldn’t come apart after years of sitting unused in the shed. It took but a moment for your guys to get that working properly, (Ahem..it must have been troublesome because after spending an afternoon to no avail I was at the point of whacking it with a hammer.)
Then I lost the screws to reassemble the whole thing. Two guys spent a good while sourcing a suitable set from your mechanic’s ‘leftover’s bin’. Well five of seven were found and I was sent to the Bolt Place downtown to get those two last tapered, self tapping screws and most those being the important ones. Armed with the knowledge of exactly what to ask for, those excellent Bolt Place guys just gave me a couple,( to get me to go away, I expect.)
In any hooooo, I couldn’t have been more pleased dealing with Bundaberg Outdoor Power Centre for which I wish to say, “Thank You “.
