Everyone else charges $10 to switch.2 weeks agoExcellent Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The Team at Planet Bike were Amazing! Snapped my derailleur in half on the trails, called them up. They said, “bring it in”. Took it straight to them, he got straight to work on it, replaced the parts required. Got me straight back into it. Really appreciate it, Highly recommend them. This place is simply excellent. Fun for the whole family as long as you can ride a bike. Plenty of easy tracks for the kids and family and elderly people. The more difficult tracks are excellent for the better riders and are extremely good fun. They also have a shuttle service that runs most of the time taking people to the upper faster tracks so that you can master these and enjoy them again and again. Highly recommended place and a must do if you are into mountain biking.
We rented 4 bikes for the afternoon in august. Weather was so-so but we had an excellent time! We had giant reign bikes and received good advise on which trails to hit and how to navigate the shuttle. The staff was super kind and knowledgeable
Raglan is one of the best places to mountain bike in the world, if you’re traveling through New Zealand and have any interest in mountain biking you have to stop by here and grab a few bikes
I had an excellent misty-morning of riding in July – I made an online reservation and was greeted by helpful staff when I arrived. I was impressed by the array of trails and delighted to meet friendly folks along the ride. I even got to learn a bit of the history of the Redwoods from a local man who grew up near by. Highly recommend.
These guys are awesome! Hired e-bikes for half a day and returned four hours later feeling like we’d explored the equivalent of three times that. The team will fit you to the bike, adjust shock pressures, and give you tips on trails that suit your ability. We picked up a few pieces of gear from their handy shop for our actual bikes zbd came back for more! Book in advance and research your bike size do you’re booking the right bike in busier times! Well worth it!
