We had been searching for a reliable and efficient cleaning service provider for a while, and fortunately, we came across Bay Ultra Dry Tauranga.From the moment we reached out to them their responsiveness was exceptional. They got back to us within a few hours, and their promptness was truly impressive.
Johnny was able to accommodate our busy schedule and was willing to work over the weekend to clean our couch. This went above and beyond our expectations, and we were grateful for their flexibility.
The job they did was excellent. Our reception couch looked brand new, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their workmanship.

2 weeks agoI called Bay Ultra Dry not expecting to receive a call back due to it being during N/Y holiday period. Johnny called me back with in an hour to schedule a time clean our carpets. I am very impressed with the way my carpets have responded to the cleaning process. I am very happy with the cost of cleaning the house carpets. I would highly recommend this company for the cleaning of carpets.5 months agoGreat service, prompt and efficient, which helped minimize the flood water damage to my carpet, Johnny was a real life saver, very courteous , and professional. He gave helpful advice with good follow up progress review. Machines are great. A card is required to pay for use of the dryers and washing machines but easy to use.
When I’ve used the facilities on some occasions it has been a tad bit untidy. (Which probably can’t be helped because of the volume of people who use).
If able to keep the homeless away this might help business. I think it may keep the ladies or older folks from using as some of the homeless are intimidating & scary looking, especially when they hang out in groups here.
But yeah a hard problem to solve.
Place is still filthy – see earlier reviews. More like a garage workshop than a laundry. Interesting that they aldo use the public machines for Commerical medical laundry – blood etc! Not great which isn’t great. I’ve used these laundry throughout New Zealand and this one is absolutely not to the chains standard. Can you please sort this out.
A great place to get the whole week’s laundry washed in half an hour. The dryers are so much better than domestic home dryers.
Sadly, this is one of the Liquid Laundromats, that is letting the business down. One issue has always been the lack of proper cleaning and I have spoken with the owner with regards only to this one site.
I have not seen a cleaner in there since it first opened, so have no idea when they come. I know that things are beyond the owners control with some issues.
The area it is in, is not the greatest, with homeless sleeping on the premises at times, spilling milk, leaving their things all over the folding counter and floor during the day etc.
I also feel that many of the clientele are causing machine breakdowns, by overloading machines or using too much washing powder or liquid. The floor is quite often very wet.
Long term roadworks there has also definitely not helped.
WARNING. There is a skin eating infection virus getting in people’s clothes at this place due to poor hygiene and maintenance. I advise don’t go here.
