a week agoSarah and the team are always ready to help us. Gary is also a really nice guy with a good sense of humor which suits me as I like to have a joke around. Will always use these guys they always go the extra mile to help.a month agoThese guys did a superb job! They even brought in 2 dehumidifiers n 2 dryers because it was a little late. A big thanks to the lady who did an awesome job!4 months agoHave used JAE for a number of years. Always found the service to be top notch. Professional, excellent cleaning, on time and good advice givena year agoWhat a great team to have come to your aid in a flood. A shout out to ‘Helen’ for the first point of contact and then to ‘Mike and Te Ahakia’ who came in at 6pm (missed their dinner) and uplifted very wet carpet, removed doors and set up dryers. Followed up the next day by ‘Brian’ the boss. All of our contact with these guys has been great – informative, friendly and professional. Thank you so much – we appreciate you all!a year agoNot only didi Brian resolve the issue we called JAE for, he was really pleasant to deal with and explained what was going on. Better still, when their day’s workload caused a slight delay in his planned arrival, Helen called me, *way beforehand*, to let me know! unheard of… when was the last time you had a service provider keep you in the loop? Fantastic service, highly recommended – our thanks to team JAE!

Quick and easy going.. but maybe to quick (22 minutes) ..just 90% is clean…
Big washing machine 8 $
Big dryer 5 $.. medium heat makes some clothes smaller and not all is dry
Thats all we‘ve to say.
They have 3 sizes of washers. You can easily wash blankets and duvets here. Good quality machines. The parking sucks. It’s busy every time I have been here and nowhere to park.
Well I’ve never met so much people in this awesome place that comes from all different walks of life. So you’re not just doing your washing & the community is very welcoming, such an awesome atmosphere ??
Modern machines and you need to use a card, which can be purchased inside. Very limited parking. But I liked it.
No issues, other than, pretty rough area sadly. Normally not much parking
