Many fresh foods, souvenirs, and many other things can be bought here at reasonable prices. It is interesting just to look around, so please visit. I am sure you will have fun and want to buy something. I also wanted to buy some foods and Austrian souvenirs that I saw for the first time. I will definitely visit again.

A visit to Paddy’s Markets is a must have on the Sydney bucket list for Souvenirs at affordable prices Paddy’s offers ♿ friendly access the trams come from Circular Quay down George Street or Central Station to Paddy’s, cash is still king at Paddy’s. After visiting the stalls head up the escalators to the food court and visit “off the rack” (this is a womens clothing store) for more bargain shopping on the day we were there 30 Jan 2024 new dresses were as low as $20 AUD each.

Great place to shop for souvenirs. Not for other things. Souvenirs here good price, value for money and wide range of varieties

The souvenirs section occupy about 80% of the market. Seafood section is very small 5%. Meat only 5%. Fruits and vege 10%.

Good place for tourists to buy Australia souvenirs at less price. You can pretty much find all the gift items you see in popular tourist spots like Sydney tower, zoo, etc. You can also find lots of stores to buy nice toys, puzzles and activities for kids for less price here. There are some electronics shops and clothes too but I felt they are not that many and that good.

This market is okay. You can purchase souvenirs, clothes and shoes. Most of the sellers are not friendly. There are tons of merchandise. They have electronics as well. You can also purchase produce. We purchased a pack of Keychains for only $5. They had cute I ❤️ Sydney t-shirts and purses. It is located at the Ground floor of Market City. I would go just for the experience. It is located in China town.

  1. This is definitely a MUST visit location if you go to Sydney and especially if you LOVE seafood.

So many varieties of fresh seafood.

You have the option of purchasing and take your seafood home, buy and have them cook it there for you or buy food already cook and eat there.

Only if I have a bigger belly or more room, I would of eaten more!

It was so delicious and worth the money.

    Glad we got to visit.

  2. Must visit. Make sure you go early (up to around 9am) to avoid the crowds and to get the freshest catch! Our favourite were the lobster rolls and the fresh cuttlefish calamari – yum! The staff will also cut and prepare your own lobster for you should you choose to take it home. It was the sweetest lobster we ever had.

  3. Great experience coming just before Christmas. We went at 7pm Christmas eve eve, it was busy but not overwhelming. They are very organised with traffic control so that made parking easy. The selection of seafood was huge! Prices were a little expensive but I am expecting top quality. The staff at every shop were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

  4. This market is not only made for locals, it’s also a great tourist attraction. Great atmosphere, the crowds and the shoutings just reminds you of a proper fish market. The market offers a wide range of seafood that are fresh, caught daily. From personal experience, It is recommended that you arrive early in the morning somewhere around 10-11 if you’re that kind of person who doesn’t like the wait and crowds of people.

  5. MUST VISIT.

This place offer you a wide range of Fresh seafood. There are variety options for you from fresh sashimi to sushi or poke bowl.
I have try a lot from different store, most of them are great and fresh. Except the Alaska crab with burnt cheese one, its taste yummy but sadly not serving hot enough. ?

Overall, it’s a must visit place. Especially for seafood lover!

Cons : the table not enough for the crowds if you go during meal time. You have to wait for a while.
