Love shopping at First Choice Toowoomba! Staff are always friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and sometimes a bit of a crack-up! ? They certainly know about the alcohol they sell… I think they enjoy the occasional tipple or ten like I do! ? Merry Christmas to management and staff of First Choice, Toowoomba! ???? I’ll see you for our New Years’ drinkies! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great range and plenty of stock. The staff go out of their way to help you. I explained I was after a special gift for a very good friend and the staff member came with me, making suggestions, unlocking the cabinets so I could get a good look at the items. Very helpful and even the chap on the check out suggested a particular container to safely carry the present in. And then I got Flybuys on my purchase! How good is that!

  1. Been coming to Betros since I first moved to Toowoomba 5 years ago. I’m always throughly impressed with the variety and freshness. I love that I can buy a big bag of spinach that will last 2 weeks. I have noticed in more recent times with the new staff are less customer service based as they used to but also could be just because it’s new staff.

  2. Betros Bros in Toowoomba has become my go-to for fresh produce. The selection is outstanding, with every fruit and vegetable showcasing high-quality freshness that is hard to find elsewhere. Not only is the quality is great and last, but their prices are incredibly reasonable too, ensuring that good health doesn’t have to break the bank. What sets them apart further is their outstanding service, opening up more registers as soon as there is more than two people waiting. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help or provide recommendations. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the store. This old fashion service and I love it. Highly recommend for anyone in the Toowoomba. A well-deserved 5 stars!”

  3. Purchased fruit for Christmas lunch. Grapes were soft and soggy, cost $23 for 1.4 kilos. Spent $50 all up. Had to throw grapes in the bin. Purchased grapes from Drakes. $7 a kilo, and were fresh and sweet. I found them very expensive. Nothing like I remember the quality used to be.

  4. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s got a small country vibe in a bigger city, and has the option of bulk purchases to reduce costs.

    Thank you! ?
