Management have abandoned all responsibility and leave a few caring staff to explain away the system inadequacy bungled buy out by Police and Nuses3 months agoWent to BCU park beach plaza to withdraw cash from ATM to find a piece of paper, telling me that the ATMs no longer work and the branch is closed without any notice at all all about profit not about the customers Will be cancelling my account and moving to a more reliable bank after over being a customer for over 20 years… BCU where the Community benefits yeah right CEO gets a pay rise by closing branches taking peoples jobs…a year agoI can’t give any lower rating. She told me I have to come into the branch, personally……I LIVE 1200KMS AWAY!!!!!BCU was ALWAYS the best credit union in Coffs Harbour, shame you have staff that don’t know how to handle inquiries.
3 years agobcu is trash wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. 2 hour wait time on the phone and counting. couldn’t withdrawal over 2000 at the desk of my own money. going to do everything in my power to ensure no one uses this bank.

My Commonwealth bank closed down in Toormina.i now have to travel into the plaza or town, to do my banking. I prefer to see them face to face, everything is online,I don’t like that. I hope I helped someone get to the Commonwealth bank,
I went to walk in the door’s of the Bank,it wasn’t opening,so I stood bk…. I couldn’t believe it, my Bank closed down in toormina. They said it was because there wasn’t enough ppl going to do banking,and Had to close there door’s. I’m not buying it. In my opinion,its making way for a cashless society!!!

Unfortunately I have to rate with a star which doesn’t reflect the service of this branch.
After a 3rd attempt and hour & a half wait time, then being told I was next in line to see two other clients go in before me … I told the staff member I wanted to place an official complaint.
So where do you do this I ask?
Nobody took my official complaint, I was told it would be noted !!!
Thank goodness I am not a client with this organisation, unfortunately due to the death of my mother I have had to deal with them!!
I would rate the service with no stars if I could.
Closure of local branches and staff leaving are two of the issues I was told was the problem.
Management at the top should be sacked!!!

Just about every time I use one of the ATM’s it goes through the process. Then tells me it’s “restricted access” & denies my withdrawal. I arrive home to check my emails & there is an email asking if I made this withdrawal!!! I have spoken to branch about this fault but it keeps happening. My husband can use his card & it works fine. Fix your system, you are wasting my time!
