2 months agoGreat guys. Great Service. Highly recommended. I rented an e-bike for 4 weeks. Explored Sydney then rode the bike over 18 days to the Gold Coast. I loved the bike Really appreciated the folks at Sydney e-bike support.4 months agoThe best place to rent an e-bike. They have different models according to your goals. Also the prices are really affordable if you are planning to rent it by week. And the have free maintenance and the staff is really great and help full. If you want to rent for delivery, they give you the rack, the delivery bag, helmet and phone holder.7 months agoRented 2 bikes for the day and used the guided tour app with the Bluetooth helmets.Staff were very helpful, bikes were great, the Bluetooth helmets which allowed the two of us to talk to each other from quite a distance were fantastic.
The route is easy to follow with lots of info points on the way. Had to cut it short unfortunately as we ran out of time, but still had a great experience.

I’ve been to a few e-bike store around Sydney. Move bikes is definitely the best. In particular, Vinny, the guy who usually manages my purchases and repairs, has outstanding customer service. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m getting a good deal and leaving happy. I recently moved further away from their Surry hills store, but I’m 100% still going back to them for any future repairs.
Highly recommended. Great service and friendly staff. I live near the shop and had a stripped hydraulic reservoir nut that one of the mechanics removed and replaced free of charge. Saved me hours of frustration. Cheers.
The bike was amazing from move bikes and their service was top notch, going to get back the bike again on 25th.
100% Reccommended
I had an unfortunate experience with their service. I lost the key just before my flight, which was stressful.
The staff were really rude and arrogant with big ego. They took advantage of the situation and charged me a hefty fee for the lost key and retrieval of the bike, even though it was located near their facility. Despite having left Sydney, they still insisted I pick it up, which was not accommodating or understanding. After leaving Sydney, I noticed continued charges for the bike. It wasn’t until I called them that they stopped these charges, and they eventually refunded the money. Be mindful of potential hidden costs if you’re considering using their services.
Fantastic experience with Move Bikes.
I was looking for an e-bike to commute to work. Went to a couple of bigger places – poor service, limited stock, couldn’t confirm when things would be in store.
Found Move Bikes online and dropped by late on a Saturday afternoon. Vibe of the shop was great. Friendly and engaging service. Answered all of my questions. The particular bike I was interested in was not in stock. They had it in 48 hrs later – I had a test ride and bought it on the spot. The bonus pack of helmet, lights, lock was great.
I’ve had the Mono Ares for three weeks now. Have ridden to work (8km each way) every day and am loving it. I have to climb a few hills and the bike has these covered. At the moment I’m using the power setting on 3 (out of 5). I can take it pretty easy on the bike and not raise a sweat, or drop the gears and power and have a real work out.
Thoroughly recommend the team at Move Bikes.
