5 months agoSo thrilled with our visit here. Kids had an amazing time while adults rested in the cafe upstairs. Good food in the cafe – the scones were yum. Only booked for an hour but the kids were having so much fun we asked if they could do another, and they were so accomodating!! Would definitely come back again. Really thrilled.2 weeks agoWe brought the 3 hour Ninja Combo which gives you 2 hours full access to Arena and 1 hour session on VR Simulators. (Which is a 2min walk down the road must I add) Perfect place to let the kids run a muck. Adults too if you like ? Plenty of activities to do. Including the Wet Slide at the end. Suggestions was to do Slide AFTER VR which made sense. Ninja Valley is like a Chipmunks and Jump/Gravity all in 1 only better. Recommend earlier session times to avoid crowds. Prompt counter service. Reasonable priced passes/combos. Friendly and helpful staff ?? Clean Toilet facilities. Didn’t eat here so can’t comment on Food and it’s food prices. Loads to doa month agoFriendly staff, huge play area, and lots to do for kids of all ages.There is both a play area and a bounce area and it was very clean and well maintained.
a year agoWent today for a party. The party room set up was good. The staff were very attentive. There was lots of visible cleaning going on. The set up of the play area had seperate places for younger kids and pretty much all ages could enjoy what was on offer. Highly enjoyable time and will definitely be back.

My grandchildren have all loved playing at Chipmunks, it’s huge, it’s warm (but not too warm!) with lots of freedom to explore all the nooks and crannies. Loving the upgrade, with new flooring, new activities and age appropriate areas. As a grandparent I’m confident they’re safe and I love watching them play actively! Not bad coffee for grown ups either!
Brought our 2 granddaughters for the first time aged nearly 2 and 4 and a half. They loved all the equipment. Only a few items needed small repairs. Food purchased for lunch great and good variety. Staff very welcoming and smiling. Keep up the good work
Kids had fun, friendly staff 🙂 the price of food tho!! Bought a $11.90 tray of chips, expecting enough for the family to share.. it was such a tiny amount for that price!
Here comes a child’s dream come true with bright, colourful climbing bars and slides from the floor to the ceiling. Watch your children wearing themselves out while you sit on the side line enjoying a coffee. Here is entertainment guaranteed for hours.
Food supply might be rather basic but it’s good enough for the purpose.
The friendly staff is well organized and always available should help be needed.
Indoor play for children. Socks are required to play in the play area.
Very nice place for the kids to spend their time recreation. Variety of playing items there in the building.
Food and other drinks are available in the shop and plenty of chairs and tables for parents to sit and watch their children, and enjoy the food.
The staff are friendly to customers.
