Nouméa (French pronunciation: [numea]) is the capital and largest city of the French special collectivity of New Caledonia and is also the largest francophone city in Oceania.     You can clearly see why the canons we’re positioned here… clear views to the bays and the islands. You can walk here from Anse Vata, there are trails in the bush, follow the green markers!!!
