4 months agoWas an awesome feed. Renovations getting done but didn’t effect the quality or services. We had a chicken parmigiana and a surf and turf. Chicken was beautiful with a fresh salad. Price was good, and the steak was cooked perfect, but the downside was the surf sauce, partner said it was a bit powdery and the price was a bit rich.2 months agoWe were invited to a friends party and attended, mainly in the rear garden area. Drinks were cold, service was friendly and quick, drinks were well priced. Got to tell where it’s really at though. The food…everything was organised by the host via the hotels kitchen…pizza’s were really really nice, and the platter of Asian style spring rolls and a-like were equally good. Put this on the list of places to eat and drink out at…relaxed atmosphere but lively enough to feel like you’ve been “Out-Out” Will be back for sure!a month agoI love this place. We all really enjoyed our meals and they were above what we expected! We totally recommend this Hotel!5 months agoPurchased meals but paid $25 to $30 for meals that should be $15. Sauce on parmy came from a jar, chicken was dry and burnt and topping barely there. 200g rump should have been dog food. Microwave meals would have been better.

Went for dinner on a Friday night. Booked late and they still got us a table. It was busy, but the service was AMAZING.. it was only outdone by what was possibly the best steak I’ve had in 10 years and I’m not easily impressed when it comes to steak! My mouth was in heaven!! We’ll definitely be back!!
A heap of customers walked into the bar during lunchtime service. Renae was left out front on her own after repeated calls for assistance from staff with service. Service took way longer than necessary. A few extra hands would’ve helped.
2pm yesterday Monday 13/11/23 I asked Renee for assistance with tab machine in pokies area and while she was assisting me kasey came in and rudely told Renee to go back to the bar as other staff were finished
Then kasey sat down and ate her food leaving Renee no choice but to stop helping me!
Only 1 other staff serving in bistro, she left 1/2 hour later.
I observed Renee working the whole pub herself, sports bar, pokies area, bistro, tabs, serving food, keno machines, outside eating areas, pour drinks, clear tables, fill fridges and finally sort my issue
So we went to the bistro for dinner as it was our 45th wedding anniversary. We were surprised with a bottle of wine on arrival! Could not fault the staff service and friendliness plus the food was perfect. Thank you everyone for an awesome night! Greatly appreciated!
