Had a unit that was next to a beautiful maintained garden, which also made it peaceful and private. The room was mostly modern and extremely roomy, very clean and comfortable to stay in for our 5 nights.
The kitchen was lovely (a couple more microwave containers would be good, but that is really nit picking 🙂 ).
The bathrooms, although very usable and clean, could do with an update.
I was travelling with my 24 year old son, so having a 2 bedroom unit with a queen and a king size bed but also with two bathrooms was ideal.
It would have been great to have a 2nd TV in one of the bedrooms, especially with the generation gap between myself and my son:) but would probably be ideal for anyone in the 2 bedroom apartment

We loved the size of apartment and was very quiet. Friendliness of staff very good. Our complaint is the condition of bath and shower screen. It needs replacing. Was unclean. Mould around edges of screen and bath and hinges were black. Rubbish bin rusty, toilet seat surface has been repaired on two sides. Carpet dirty in bedroom and lounge. This doesn’t reflect a 4 – 4 1/2 star venue. I bought cleaner to clean bath. Photos attached.
I was attending a work event in Toowoomba with a colleague we and stayed at Toowoomba Central Plaza Apartment Hotel in a two-bedroom apartment.
The apartment was large, comfortable, clean and well equipped.
The beds were amazing so comfortable providing a good night’s sleep. The apartment is well located in the heart of the city, close to major shops and dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return on my next trip to Toowoomba and would highly recommend the apartments to anyone looking for accommodation that is exceptional as well as having reasonable rates.
Lady at reception was lovely and helpful as much as she could be. Room was in very unclean condition – shower screens and seals mouldy, scummy and gross. Carpet was worn and tired. Furniture was fine, kitchen facilities reasonable.
The windows on the 9th story were not able to be locked and opened wide, reception did not have keys available. Balcony was not able to be locked. bathroom window clear glass also.
We stayed here a few years ago. Was good. Now it’s terrible. Beds and all worn in the middle, carpets are so stained. Parking is tight for a 4wd. The cleaner was blowing leaves out the front at 530am. What a toss. Girls were friendly. Owners just need to update majorly. Won’t be back
