3 weeks agoThis outlet center keeps things simple – it’s not the most exciting place to shop. Unless you have a particular item in mind, your visit might be a bit underwhelming. It’s a quick in-and-out kind of place where you can find what you need without too much hassle. However, don’t expect a variety of choices; the offerings are pretty limited. The food options follow the same trend – not much to rave about, just basic eats. If you’re all about efficiency and a straightforward shopping experience, it could work for you.3 months agoI revisited Watertown Brand Outlet Centre after more than a year, and my experience was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the centre still houses a range of national and international brands, offering a variety of styles to fit different budgets. The bargains are certainly there if you’re looking for adult fashion. However, the atmosphere has noticeably shifted. I observed around 10-15 boarded-up shops during my walk around the centre, which took away from the overall shopping experience. Additionally, options for children’s toys were scant, save for a pharmacy that had a limited selection.Watertown remains a destination for bargain hunters, but it feels like it’s in a period of transition.
While the essence of what made it attractive is still there, there are areas for improvement that can’t be overlooked. Here’s hoping my next visit shows positive changes.
4 months agoAverage Outlet Center with Limited Offerings. If you don’t have a specific purchase in mind, this place might not be worth the visit. It’s a straightforward outlet where you can quickly find what you’re looking for, buy it, and leave. Food options are limited and unremarkable.2 months agoMid-place to visit. Abit far from everything else. And the things sold here aren’t the best, but maybe price abit better then CBD Perth I guess?Ok not great location to visit
6 months agoA lots of empty spots at watertown. Make the whole shopping centre not busy.Love to go there to shop for baby and kids stuff

So many things to do and see, lots of variety of clothing, jewelry, confectionery and drinks stores. There is a movie theatre upstairs with food courts all around. Great shopping experience. Ten pin bowling, mini golf and arcade provided endless entertainment and fun for the whole family.
Nothing wrong with the place but it seems every-time (around 6-30pm-7:30pm) I go to park up top for Revo Fitness, they close the entry on this side, and won’t let anyone up. Even if you have the Revo Fitness card. My friend went up before they closed it and said “there is heaps of parking” (shown in pictures provided. I took these myself while walking from the other side) There is also so much more parking behind the sign in the first picture. I see so many cars exiting but no one is allowed up no matter what reason! It’s frustrating to say the least. All I’m asking is if anyone who has a Revo Fitness card should be allowed up for easy access. I would use downstairs entry but that closes at 5:30pm everyday, besides Thursday nights!
I am delighted to share my positive experience at this shopping center. The vast selection of stores caters to diverse tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying shopping excursion. The layout is intuitive, making navigation enjoyable, and the cleanliness of the premises is commendable. The presence of numerous dining options adds a delightful culinary dimension to the overall experience. The attentive and friendly staff contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. This shopping center provides a well-rounded and enjoyable destination for both leisurely browsing and purposeful shopping.
Huge place that caters for everything including having a “Rich Lane” – Exclusive stores. Lots of good eating places (restaurants/bars) Not just the food hall.
The massage places were pretty busy the day I went (Friday) most suggested booking but found one to take us in for 45min foot massage after going thru just about all of them for “walk-in”.
Parking is good with covered and uncovered and 8 entrances from different directions and streets. Pretty easy to navigate in and out.
I liked it but could easily get lost if you don’t go regularly so make yourself aware of where you traipse.
This is us at Little Bangkok up on Restaurant/Bar level.
There’s lots of shops in Carousel, however when it gets busy it really gets busy. The MYER is terrible there but the David Jones is very good. The food court is okay and there are a lot of technology stores. It’s not too big and it has a nice variety. It’s a good shopping centre not only for every day shopping but for special items that you want to get. However I think other shopping centre around Perth has some more stores.
