    I returned to the gym after a bit of a break. Had some issues with my knees and lower back. Benny has been able to design sessions that both challenge and support my fitness goals.     Linda has been of invaluable assistance to me in treating a long-term health issue, and getting me back to normal!   1. Daniel has not only been a great practitioner but also a great role model to learn from. Having followed in his footsteps whilst completing my hours for a Nutritional Medicine Degree, Daniel showed me the ins and outs of how the mind and body are connected. He has a very calming approach with his clientele and there is a great bond of trust between each and everyone he sees. Amazing at what he does and bound to help you get results.

  2. Daniel has given me back a normal life. I’d been to a specialist for my medical condition a number of times, tried a number of different prescribed medicines & nothing worked. When I discovered by accident a product that seemed to work I decided Daniel may have the answers my health I needed. Since that point my medical condition has been healed to a manageable level & im healthier & have more energy than I ever have.
