Fresh fruit and vegetables but it is becoming so expensive not just lettuce other veggies as well. Location is good. Lots of parking spaces but the traffic flow can be very slow. There is a sushi bar where they make sushi and other Japanese food on the spot.
Didn’t have a good experience with click and collect as we have to wait for some half an hour, also sometimes they didn’t give the right product. Exchange is not a problem but troublesome that people have to come back for that.a year agoPick up order via click and collect straight to boot. It’s a good option to avoid crowded stores. Efficient and speedy. This is a pretty big supermarket with a huge range of products. There is also a sushi bar and roast chooks. Good selection in the deli and the seafood bar as well as the butcher. They even have kangaroo and venison meat, not just the standard beef, lamb, pork and chicken. Here, you can find everything you need for your daily life, including a wide variety of food ingredients and grocery items. While it can be crowded in the evening, the store is well-stocked and offers a diverse selection of products to choose from.in the last weekGreat location which is near train station. I love how they display product here that well organise easy for accessible. However, I found bad experience about dirty toilet and smelly.2 weeks agoNot great, a lot of the time things sell out. Quality is not good, compered to other Woolworths. It is also on the smaller size. Staff are not helpful. Self service checkouts always has a line up. The service is always friendly but sometimes slow during the busy periods more staff would be good especially for the front service desk. I had a basket and was ready to check out at the self checkout yesterday, and felt utterly disappointed at the staff there. There was a lovely lady in the self checkout I couldn’t catch her name I think it was something like Gloria? She did an amazing job trying to calm down the situation. Majority of the machines where not working and she was ringing the bell, no one came to assist her even tho she rang the bell multiple times, 10mins later one staff member who seemed to be supervisor I think her name badge said Bristy or Cristy either one, came in and berated her making it seem like she was at fault for not calling help, and then walked off shrugging her shoulders. How’s that for stupid behaviour. Then comes along another lady who might be a supervisor too she was tall and had long hair and a sour face , The self checkout staff signalled out to her and you wouldn’t believe what she did, she saw the signal from the staff member but ignored it and turned around to keep walking. Crazy! If this is how you treat your staff ,who are trying to help customers out, You have another thing coming for you! Absolutely atrocious. I will go to corporate if I need too , you are investing your money in the wrong people. Thank you Gloria for your lovely help yesterday. You handle the whole ordeal in the best way possible, you stayed calm and professional. For the other two staff members, I hope my children never have to work under you two. Absolutely atrocious behaviour!!!!!

Hands down the best Woolies ever. Though it might look smaller than most of the Woolies but it’s split in two levels. Ones got direct access through the town hall station and other entry is from the street level. Always hectic and still everything looks clean and in order. Has got a couple of check out points when it’s too crowded, and the best bit is the hot food. They have an amazing selection for when you want to pick up something to munch on the go
Is a good place to be. There is a lot of products with a mini price. Good variety. Friendly people and more. I love to see and to bay there. Almost all days I going there.
Love Michelle service , every time I feel welcome and placed . She is very organized and well packer. City life is busy and stress but she can make my day every time
Dropped my opal card here recently at the checkouts. Retraced my steps a couple of hours later. The staff (especially the security guard, and Tina) could not have been more friendly and helpful. They had found it and kept it safe ready for when I came back. Lovely people.
Great place for anything you want from a supermarket. Reasonable prices . Sells alcohol. Pedestrian location. No parking . Very busy . Stays open till late . Been here a few times to stock up. They do have a reward card
