I found the layout of this kmart to be a little bit different than most if them , as the layouts tend to be similar if not identical, paying is still in the centre and also their wasn’t any angre staff checking your bags like most have. Apart from that I guess all kmart are the same, also wasn’t as busy as others, I gues it was Sunday morning. ( yeah don’t judge me ) who goes to kmart Sunday morning…

Today I went to buy a mini pot, it was messed up when I went there, an old woman with white hair kept complaining to me very rudely, I explained to her that I only opened the one I wanted to buy, she still Keep complaining until I walk away and can hear it, it’s annoying, please improve the quality of your staff

Excellent company with the ability to cater for the entire family. All you need and more, the kids love heading here to find a bargain, but also it helps cater for a large family where you need to make money stretch … The location is very clean and tidy with ample parking and amenities onsite.

Not the best Kmart, staff are very rude and mostly useless. Took me 40 mins to check out the other day because the chick at the counter didn’t know what she was doing and had to rescan my items 3 times.

I love Kmart commitment to inclusivity regarding Australia Day and giving staff the option of changing the date. My family has been celebrating Australia Day (Mate Day) on May 8 for the past 6 years. We have a lot of mates who celebrate the day with us and we can’t wait for all of Australia to join the party!

  1. This is a massive Kmart and we love shopping here. There is a big range of items, including clothing, homewares, and household goods, the products are great and the prices are hard to beat. It can however be a very busy store, particularly on weekends and school holidays.

  2. Customer Service Assistant Melissa at fitting room was really rude and unprofessional on 26/06 around 1700 hrs. I was with my parents, because they have come here for the first time from overseas, they might not be knowing about few things, but that is all good, I am there to tell them everything.

My father wanted to try 3 things on him, we went to the fitting room where we met Melissa. I was with him, as I had to show him where he can go and change, as the fittings room are not unisex. To which she said, only person is allowed at one time. I understood everything but she was rude about it. Then my father had to try one size up for something. As he was already inside, I thought of getting the bigger size myself and give it to him. I asked Melissa before doing that, just to make sure if I can do that. Her response was
“This is not a boutique, it is the department store”

She should have said that in professional manner, we go to different stores like H&M, Uniqlo or wherever. We don’t see such behaviour anywhere else. She was condescending. Even my parents don’t understand English properly but they were shocked by her behaviour. I never leave reviews like this on Google, but this specific experience made me to post it on here.

And she was not good with other customers as well.

I hope somebody will look into this matter, so that others won’t have to face this.

  3. Never go to this Kmart. Absolutely horrible service on 22nd July, 2023 at about 1 PM. The lady at the entrance asked us to check our bag while entering in the store. I know they supposed to check the bags while getting out but never had any store in my life check bag while entering the store. Kmart manager should check her out if this is actually a store policy before i put her pictures on Twitter. When i asked her why, she made a excuse thought if we wanted to return something so she let the desk know. All BS. I walked out straight away seeing her strange behaviour.

  4. I understand that each company has there own policies and I truly respect that. However, I also believe that there are certain situations wherein a little bit of humanity and kindness would at least be applied over the company’s policies. So, I went to Kmart today 02.08.2023 between 2-3pm. I didn’t have any coins with me. Hence, I had to use the Blue small trolley. I am 38 weeks pregnant and I ended up buying a lot of storage organizers which was impossible for me to carry alone even if I had bought multiple plastic bags as the storage boxes were all very big in size. So, when I was about to leave kmart at 310PM, I handed over the receipt and politely asked the woman manning the entrance “Hi, sorry to ask you a weird favor But could I kindly just borrow this blue trolley to take all these things back to my car and I am happy to leave you my ID to ensure that I will come back with the blue trolley.” And straight away the woman bang on replied “oh sorry, nothing leaves the store”. So, of course, I didn’t want to be a Karen and obliged. it’s just very very disheartening how an employee, and a woman, could be so heartless and inconsiderate. I ended up carrying the storage containers by hand and had to do 2 trips to get the rest of the other stuff I bought. One thing I can say to that Kmart employee, coz I did not even bother to look at her anymore because of her very heartless, inhumane, inconsiderate behaviour; “I hope you do not become disabled in a few years time and I hope you do not experience any circumstance in your life just like what you have put a 38 week pregnant woman today. Today, you chose to be cruel instead of Kindness. Karma is always around the corner, I will let it do the work for you, madame! ?

  5. I had the worst experience with a person named “Lashen”. He was the rudest of all.

No person deserve to have the rude customer service.

Never go to this Kmart ever.

Guys this is the worst Kmart ever related to customer service.
