2 months agoNot as big as some of the newer stores but has a reasonable variety of products with comparative pricing. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Has wheelchair access, although the carpark is not always ideal with fairly tight parking and often has large potholes in the entry driveway.a month agoGreat service, helpful and courteous. The boot to boot service is top notch and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The trolley gentleman is always happy and the young man who also does the trolley service and boot to boot is an asset to Woolworthsa month agoRude staff accusing me of stealing after going through self checkout as no actual staff attended checkouts open. After showing receipt and proving I didn’t steal anything I didn’t get as little as a sorry. If you don’t want to pay staff and have actual checkouts open the least you can do is have the single staff member that’s actually paying attention4 weeks agoLike this shopping centre.
It’s got a great Woolworths that has everything and the supporting outside stores are great.
Variety of food eateries,Doctors ,bakeries ,chemist etc.
Parking is good too.3 months agoBought a pork shoulder roast and couldn’t be more disgusted with the quality of meat you sell. It was inedible . Rolled up mess and the bottom half didn’t even look like pork. Absolutely disgusting. Have shopped here for the last 4 years but after this and the fact your shelves are always empty and freezer section basically empty of stock for the last couple of years we will be finding a new place to shop.

Went thru self serve checkout at 16:32 on the 7th Feb 2023 and the person that was supposed to be assisting was being nice and friendly to another customer. My checkout chucked a fit because I didn’t scan the bottles of water and it said I hadn’t bagged it. No I didn’t scan it, I searched it and put it through that way which is what I have been told you can do with heavier items. The assistant finally came over pushing me towards the barrier with my trolley and saying trolley is supposed to be over there while continuing to push me with it and then when I told her about not bagging water she said you didn’t put it on the weighed bench. I told her it was a heavy item and I don’t need to but she insisted I did. Train your staff…..please.
Wonderful service today . I was taking my Mum shopping . She’s in a wheelchair. A lovely girl from self service came and put my groceries through for me . She made life that much easier . Thank you
I try to avoid this place. They’re frequently out of stock, the car park is scary to navigate and there’s better shops up the road. It’s almost literally across the road from me but I prefer to go to Coles on King Street or the big 2 supermarkets at Morayfield shopping centre.
This is my local woolworths. I was pleasantly surprised that I could hire a carpet cleaner from here at a great price. It is in a great location, so it is very convenient for me and my family. The range of products is decent for a smaller woolies. I find the staff to be quite helpful and knowledgeable.
Staff are rude and ignore customers even after they’ve seen you at the counter they’ll still ignore you. Needs retraining.
