With two woolies within short distances of each other, there is always one near you. This store is layed out well, plenty of space between aisles, friendly staff and multiple self service checkouts. Never had an issue at woolies.2 years agoI like shopping in this store as it is close to other retailers as Henry’s(fresh vegetable market), Aldi, Fresh fish shop, NAB-Comm bank, Tatts, chemist and also Kmart all shops are close by located. I usually come here in this store for shopping and it is quite easy to get here in this place as from big car parking area Woolies is just on a walking distance. Also post office is just besides if you want to pay your bills. 10/10
I couldn’t Recommend shopping here highly enough. The staff are amazing. I bought a Recharge Voucher, I got the Receipt for the change I gave them but not the Voucher. I called them and told them … Once I gave them my Receipt Details they Printed it out again, Read me out the Numbers so I didn’t have to go back to the store to collect it. NOW I CALL THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Returned an item for credit – not credited with full amount.
Purchased 2 items in store, charged for 3.

Staff at store are hopeless, so is the chat line.
Not recommended.
One of the worst Woolworths around, we refuse to use this one. We coped abuse from the manager the day we were there because she was having a bad day & we were only getting something fixed after one of here staff made a mistake.
Partner and I got accused of stealing from here because we came in with shopping from Coles. Checkout lady told us to prove we had purchased each item from Coles (even the Coles-branded products..) She was also in the middle of serving customers. A total baseless accusation purely because we had Coles shopping. Great job Woolworths.
