Loved our first time experience as the staff were very friendly . They had free yoghurt for kids and also fun games for kids before the movie started which kept them occupied. They served the best popcorn and the experience was worth every penny.

Had to wait 30 minutes to be aloud in which was not the time I had booked to watch the movie for. Everyone working there were happy to take their sweet time mucking about. Once we got in the grass was soaking wet, I hadnt booked for a bean bag or alternative seating since I booked tickets before the weather had turned bad the last couple of weeks. No tarp or anything for those being seated on the grass, my picnic rug instantly was soaking wet and muddy. No one bothered to mention the state of the ground or offer us a upgrade.Absolutely pathetic service and management.

  1. I love going to the UniMovie because of so many good things…starting with a good sound system, large hall, cheap tickets, friendly staff and water stations! Love it each and every time ☺

  2. 4 star for the movies, the chairs, well, what do you want for $6 but the dipping dots top off the whole experience. From my perspective some of the staff have all the customer service skills of a flea (sorry fleas!) Rude, pedantic and lacking in the most basic of social skills, some staff need to enroll in Customer Service 101.

  3. Unimovies is a fantastic initiative. You get to see recent release blockbusters as well as smaller independent films on a huge screen. The sound isn’t quite as good as commercial cinemas and the seats are a little uncomfortable for longer movies. The price however is excellent at a fraction of the cost of regular cinemas. Definitely recommend checking them out.
