  I was in there tonight and I had a great experience in the shoe department. English went way above and beyond with his customer service. I am so appreciative of how he tried to really help my mom because she is older and her English is limited. Kindness these day should be recognized every day over negativity and he just reminded me to make sure I go out of my way and positive review great experiences. Besides that, the location was very busy but organized and very well stocked. I just moved to the area so I will be visiting again.

  I purchased a car vacuum just to find the wrong item inside. I called and spoke to an assistant manager who told me I could come into the store, even though I lost my receipt, with an valid CA issued ID. I went into the store today to be humiliated and made to look like a liar! After not getting helped by the associates and assistant, I asked to speak to the store manager, Tim D. Tim was very rude and said my story wasn’t adding up? And I had to show him bank statements in order to get any type of exchange or store credit. He also said he deals with many people like me? I said what? N he then told me his spouse is Mexican and has the last name Gonzalez? I don’t understand him and his tactics but I will never go to a TJ maxx again. Horrible customer service! Very rude!

  Love T.J.maxx. They always have new stuff every week. I always come here as soon as they open coz they get crowded pretty quick. Found a Dolce and Gabbana dress. I want it but way to expensive.
