Typically can find some good deals depending on what you’re looking for. Register 5, a well dressed African American employee was cleaning and wiping her station for a good long few minutes before she called the next person in line … I was that next unlucky person who had to deal with her rudeness today! She kept on with her cleaning as I put my merchandise on the counter. I was still holding on to my dress and she rudely demanded I put it down not even looking at me. I said I was waiting for her to be done cleaning and she said “if I’m not ready I wouldn’t called you! I just opened and I’m just cleaning!” While running my things she asked if I wanted to donate and I kindly declined and the she asked if I’m paying card or cash and I have my cash in my hands … because this entire time she was not even looking at me she obviously didn’t see the cash in my hand. I said cash and handed to her… she took it and slammed my change on the counter without saying anything else.
There is really no reason to be this rude!!!!! Don’t work at a place where you have to deal with people if you don’t like people, period!!!!!
This location is doing the best they can with what they have here. The more expensive inventory has gradually been locked up. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. It gets a bit sketchy outside after dark, so be alert. I was told by a female staff member that they don’t go out and retrieve carts after dark due to the element in the parking lot. It’s unfortunate, but this area has really gone downhill.
I have found so many great products here for such a great price! Great selection for work shirts, hair and skincare products! Also vitamins! I am so delighted to go here and the customer service is so nice
The best off-price department store in the region, with a wide selection of last-year fashions at 25-45% off, great housewares and bedding, intimates, bags, and furniture. Shoe selection is sketchy, but great for personal grooming items. I bought a luscious skin cream for a few bucks. If you have time, this place is a goldmine for bargains, especially during Christmas. Ask about delivery days; that’s when you’ll hit the jackpot.
extremely disappointed with this specific tjmaxx and staff. My mother and I had the intentions of doing some Christmas shopping Tuesday night, and we weren’t even in the store for FIVE minutes before we were followed by security. He literally came all the way to the back isle exactly where we were. You mean to tell me it was a coincidence to follow the only two black customers in the store at that time? I think not & yes I’m pulling that card! I tried to address the situation with one of the “staff” and she was clueless and literally did not care. We come to this tjmaxx all the time and have spent thousands in this particular location only to be treated like thieves. Like I said we come here all the time and have witnessed many of the homeless drug addicts come in have TIME to fill their bags and literally run out with handfuls of merchandise! We will never step foot in the store again, such a disappointment
