I was trying on clothes and met a wonderful employee working in the dressing room. Her name is Janice. What an asset to TJ Maxx!!! She was a complete delight!! I felt like I had known her for years! Good customer service friendly and helpful had a last minute item I needed to return to masrshalls they let me return it here with no problems
This TJ’s is great! We were on a mission for table runners for our friend and called ahead and they confirmed they had a good amount. Walked straight to the back of the store and found the perfect ones and it was a super smooth, nice experience overall. They also have a great number of mugs that are so cute to see.
How hard might it be to ring someone up in the jewelry section? Very hard for Rhoda C. I waited for ten minutes while Rhoda blatantly ignored me and kept telling me to move over to help other people. She somehow managed to find anybody to put ahead of myself regardless of if they were walking back up for help after leaving or just someone else to attend to instead of me. This type of customer service is the reason why I wouldn’t go to a TJ maxx especially as a frequent shopper here. I guess instead of working efficiently we should just make people wait and keep pushing them out of the way. Had she nicely told me I would have been okay, but instead of checking me out and getting me out of the way she was aggressive and rude. Very disappointing experience.
I love this location TJMAXX! I actually live closer to another but this location their friendly/helpful and just a good vibe. Jewelry department is very personable and I’ve had some of the best conversations with them other than jewelry.
Great/ample supply of items to choose from.
At checkout they’re friendly and conscientious! Asking how your visit/shopping experience was with them!
