2 months agoReally need to Amp up the home decor. Coffee table books etc. Tjmaxx used to be one of my favorite stores. I’ve had several people tell me they’re not carry a lot of things anymore lately. So I went myself and it was true. They have things but not as on the past.3 weeks agoLooks like they were working on rearranging the store. Had isles blocked off. Some carts/boxes with merchandise sitting on sides of bigger isles. Overall, I was able to look at what I wanted to look for.5 months agoI love shopping when the funds are free! Customer service was awesome ? ? ? long story! Went in with about 10 minutes to find me something to wear. Luckily, I had no problem finding a nice shirt. Since being petite, it can be a little hard to find pants that fit. Moving forward, the dressing rooms were available and also clean. After finishing up getting fitted, their was NO line whatsoever. All in all, I am grateful to have found what I needed in a timely manner.
GAVE 4 STARS FOR THE CASHIER ONLY!! STORE WAS A WRECK & BROKEN & STAINED ITEMS EVERYWHERE!! NOT AT ALL WHAT I’M USED TO IN GOING TO A “TJ MAXX” STORE, NOR DID THEY HAVE WHAT I CAME FOR,EVEN AFTER CALLING TO CONFIRM B4 THE DRIVE DOWN. WASTED TIME?
I highly recommend tj maxx to anyone looking for inexpensive buy good quality men’s clothes. But Not just men’s clothes they sell women’s, children and lots of other choices to choose from. They always have everything I’m looking for and their staff are also very friendly and helpful
This is the nicest TJ Max I have ever had the pleasure to visit! It’s well organized and the layout is very welcoming. The prices are always great. I really like the Christmas decorations and the blanket selections.
There is plenty of parking but the parking lot is very busy. I recommend everyone check out this awesome TJ Maxx location!
I like tj maxx and have shopped here for over 15 years. The customer service has gone downhill lately . I went there a week ago bought some jeans and left with the alarm tag still on, somehow the cashier missed it. So the lady at the door grabbed my bag and checked over the items in my bag as I was leaving since I obviously set the alarm off . She came back 10 seconds later and said I was fine so I left . I got home and a few days later went to put the jeans on and saw the EAS tag still on the jeans. So I couldn’t put them on and realized the cashier must have overlooked it and that’s what made the alarm go off . When out running errands a few days later I took them by the store in a bag , the tags still on the jeans and asked an associate to take the EAS tag off so I can wear the jeans . She said without a receipt she wasn’t removing nothing and she couldn’t help me. Her and two other associates behind the counter looked at me like I was a thief and said sorry can’t help you . I am not local so I had to drive all the way back home which is 45 minutes away from the store and come back with my receipt. This time a different associate helped me. I explained to her the situation, said “I bought these & the cashier forgot to take the alarm tag off could you please remove it ? Here’s my receipt.” She didn’t even look at my receipt just took the tag off and said “wow that’s crazy they didn’t take the tag off for you, it’s not that difficult.” I said thank you and went on about my day . Tj maxx you need to do better . Train your associates to be more thorough when taking the tags off when checking people out. I was not the only one this happened to. The alarm went off as people were leaving with just about every customer. It’s embarrassing and makes the customer seem like a thief. Learn to be nicer with your customers!! Not everyone is a thief !!!
