2 months agoT.J.Maxx at Briar Creek was bbbbuuuusssssy! Being a holiday, the shoppers were out browsing the racks, buying left and right. All kinds of sales were on. My Loving Wife took it all in, too. It was a beautiful day, not too hot, so she just relaxed and enjoyed doing her thing. It’s how she relaxed, and how I pay..ha, ha, ha, ? it’s an unrecognized Exchange Rate ha, ha ?. Anyway, as long as she’s happy, I am happy ? ! This store gets a Gold Medal ? for cleanliness, fantastic customer service, and for drawing so many customers in. Well, we are off to the next store…that kind of a day for shopping. Look, GO Over and stop in there. Be Cool and be safe as the holiday weekend wraps up. Like and follow…I truly appreciate it. Ciao!3 years agoPacked with holiday gifts right now.. large variety of different gifts and products essential oils diffusers beauty care jewelry clothing candy and baskets for Christmas. Great one stop shop for family gift needs!! definitely not the place to go if you’re looking for electronics though and they could do a little bit of better job organizing. Otherwise great store! Clean and warm environment. The bathrooms could use a little touch up The toilet seats are old and breaking down and the paper towels are on the sink because there’s no rack for them. Need to fix the paper towel dispenser… and keep up with cleaning it there’s tissue on the ground and literally a paper towel stuck to the wall… The women’s was covered in toilet paper and the seats were disgusting according to my wife and then soap dispenser was broken… That’s the only reason I took the review down to a three-star.5 months agoFirst time at this location. Clean,good sales. Check out line was long, but moved rather quickly. The customer service was excellent! Had a good amount of staff working the registers.5 months agoSo I’m not gonna lie I came here because TikTok had been showing people finding Disney baublebar stuff. Well they did not disappoint they had tons of Disney stuff!! I of course didn’t come out empty handed I got a necklace and a candle and wanted two sets of the Disney hair claw clips but I didn’t think my thick hair would hold up to it. I’ll be back for more baublebar stuff in the future!!

It’s my wife’s favorite place to walk through and she says to look, but when she returns she have bag’s of clothing and continue to say she was just walking through. If she admit it, we could agree she was SHOPPING! It’s all good, I stayed in the car as she n her Sister walked through ???. The lot was full with patrons going in and out…so it was a busy place. I suppose other women were doing the same thing, just walking through when bag’s on bag’s just jumped up and grabbed them ??? too. Look, before I go, let me encourage you to reach out and let someone know you were thinking about them, heck, if they a close, let them know you love them too. Life is too short. This is my favorite TJ Maxx in Raleigh, they have the cutest clothes and jewelry. Every time I’m in the jewelry department, April helps me. She’s always very nice and accommodating!
Not my fave Maxxx location in the triangle but a decent one. Great cosmetics section and a decent women’s clothing section. Has the runway collections as well. Often short staffed, like many retail stores these days
Every time I go, it’s a 5/10 experience. The clothes are over picked, disorganized, dirty.. a spider fell on me once and I told myself I’ll never go back. I can never find anything! Also, imo the best part of the store is the jewelry and bag section although, there is never anyone at jewelry counter… when there is some customers get ignored and others get helped??? This TJ Maxx used to be the best… there sister store Marshalls will always be my favorite ?
Like any other TJM but definitely not my favorite. I’ve been to better! They have a lot of items but not as much as a variety as other ones that I have been to.
The customer service is pretty good though.
Beware!! No matter the day or time of day- do not go there if you got other places to be!! There is never ever enough cashiers and there is ALWAYS a line wrapped around!! I kid you not!
On more than one occasion I’ve had to leave the store before making it to a register because the line was too long .
