Not only did they fix my tires quickly and efficiently, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. The shop itself is well-organized and stocked with a great selection of bikes and accessories. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of bicycle repairs or looking to purchase a new bike. They noticed that the bike was too low for me and adjusted the seat and handlebars accordingly. Whilst doing this they found the brake cable was frayed and unsafe. After renewing the cable they refused payment with a smile saying “no worries, at least you’re safe and we’ll see you next time. A rival bike shop on Pako St quoted me $179 for a service, before parts, which seemed a little high so I tried De Grandi. $90 seemed much fairer and I was very happy with the job they did, only costed $116 all up with a new chain. The bike was running really rough before but is now running like a dream. Excellent customer service, I’d definitely recommend these guys for a bike service in Geelong.
