4 months agoI come to this servo regularly, 3rd time in a row the car wash stopped working part way through the wash cycle. I enquired about this being a constant problem, I understand that things breakdown. The one star goes to the middle aged slob that who lacks empathy with an inability to provide any kind of customer service. .No need to be rude a pig could do your job better

This was my first visit and found a good place in this small city to shop with.
They have good parking space and got most of the selves full of stock.
Everything was so easy to find and the staff was nice and friendly as well.
Gives you all the information even if you are new to the place and need to know something.

I recently had a click and collect experience that left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and unorganized, and I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes before being served. Even though I arrived before others who were eventually served before me, the delivery person named Abdul seemed to prioritize customers who arrived later.
I was disappointed and frustrated with the service. It was certainly unprofessional to see such a lack of organization and fairness, and I hope that steps are taken to improve the click and collect experience for customers in the future.
Good store but come on, the girls at the deli cause their own kaos. We took a ticket , waiting, waiting ready to be served but up come a couple of young chaps and the girl decides to serve them first. The my wife finally gets served as she had a ticket. Then the girls call out who’s next. One says I’m next , another says I have the next ticket. The Coles girl says we are not using ticket numbers so a big mess as some had tickets and others get served first. What’s the point of a system if u don’t use it.
Shelves always bare in the afternoon. Staff surly at best, down right offensive at worst!
Found parking Quickly. Products were easily found. Staff Good..Will go again when down that end of Town
