2 months agoStaff are always lovely and helpful. Large range of products. Their click and collect service isn’t as seam-less as Kensington Coles. I always seem to have larger waits and they have lost items before. But the staff and more than happy to help with any issues.a month agoTanya (older woman) around 8:45am on the 3rd of July was managing the self service checkouts and was extremely rude, raised her voice and mocking the customers ability to use the machines. Some customers who needed help navigating the machine received abuse after making a mistake. Several customers left and she then loudly called to her coworkers at the cigarette station and mocked someone who couldn’t pay for their items…

5 months agoI work in hinkler, and EVERY DAY on my break I choose to go to coles to grab a cold drink. Every single time the cold drinks fridges near the tills are all empty. It’s either engery drinks or a soft drink to choose from, no water nothing. Just soft drinks or engery drinks with 10 empty shelves in every fridge. They are empty every time, I’ve never seen them full or being filled like come on guys how hard is it. Obvs won’t be going to coles for my drinks or food during my break anymore I’ll take the few extra steps and go to Woolworths as their drink fridge is always full of options besides sugar.5 months agoThe thin bbq sausages are absolutely disgusting. They are so pale I can’t be sure if there is any beef or if it is just beef fat. They are right up there with the worst thing I have ever eaten. Never again.7 months agoMost convenient supermarket for me. I get all my cat supplies here as they are both pretty fussy. Love the Scoop & Weigh products. These are the current fave munchies & even thought they are $18 per kilo, you can see this full bag was only $3

Flybuys!!!9 months agoGenerally a great Service Station with friendly customer service but was just met with terrible service from a lady by the name of Dayle just now. Her sarcasm towards me was unjustified, telling me I didn’t have enough money to purchase an item, I did. I was also making a fuel purchase at the time..had the fuel not of already been getting put in my car whilst this was happening, I’d of walked out went further up the road. Unnecessary judgement has just lost you a customer ?4 weeks agoStaff always friendly and helpful.. but today lady rude and so not willing to assista year agoGreat coffee!! Great service !!

Coles introduction of self serve checkouts has left long lines of older people queuing for a normal checkout. This not only agrivates shoppers, but it also will result in less jobs for our young, predominantly female checkout assistants. Not happy Jan.
Always happy when shopping there, wide aisles, clean and more importantly happy staff.
Shop here every week or fortnight. 98% of the time they have in stock what I need. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful
Had some great specials. Used self service card only checkout everything was working perfectly ? Not very busy shelves stocked well.
Since Coles opened at Kensington it was wonderful to shop there. Shelves always stocked, friendly staff and always there are specials on favourite brands. But then they decided to cut down checkouts and add self service options. Alright for the young people which not many of actually do the grocery shopping for the week. And mature age customers that want to show the world they are open to progress will give it a go working for Coles as checkout operators of their own grocery shopping. I would like Coles Kensington to show good will to all their long standing customers some of which find it hard to stand and wait, by opening two extra checkouts. Don’t send a worker down to tell me they will put my groceries through for me and make me feel like I am useless…I can do it…I just don’t want to….I’ll just tell you I am happy to wait at one of the two checkouts on offer.
Come on Coles Kensington – be innovative by going backwards just a little bit for the people who make you great.
