a year agoHad a better selection before COVID, shoe selection is very dull now. But all Marshalls you will find deals. This isn’t my favorite Marshalls by any means.3 weeks agoI found every single morning and I met a girl who was applying for a job and even she was helpful. I hope she got the job did she was applying for. Great job everybody thanks for the great experience.6 months agoNever Judge A Book By its Cover I read a lot of bad reviews on Yelp and let me tell you something I was shocked how marshalls treated me today 03/20/2023. I went to marshalls on 03/19/2023 was in a hurry and they was closing so I went to the register and paid for my stuff as I get home and about to go to sleep I look around for my cell phone and could not find so I decided to track my phone and saw that my phone was in marshals there was not much I can do just wait till 9.30am on the following day as I wake up the next day I decided to go early to see if I could see any employee go in to see if they could help me and that’s what happened I saw a employee told her can she please help me I left my phone in the store and to see if she could speak to somebody she said she will and got the store manager not sure if I’m writing her name correct but I think is Marci or Marcia she was the best knowing I got there 30min before store opens she still decided to take the time and help me at 9am in the morning with no problem she was super nice she really didn’t have to help me so early but she did and mind you it was so cold this morning and windy and she help me I usually don’t write reviews good or bad but I had to this was the best store manager that goes beyond her work to help other because to be honest she could of told me that I have to wait till they open and she didn’t other stores out there need to take notes on this store manager remember y’all have jobs due to costumers because with no costumers you have no job, treat your costumer like this store manager did and best believe business will never fail. 9 months agothis marshalls is cute, it’s pretty spacious. they always have a ton of deals. i found a sauce pan for $13 and silicone straws for $2.00. their shoe section is always leveling up. they have vans , steve madden, juicy couture. the associates are usually really nice and helpful.3 months agoAlthough this is a really nice place to go and I always go there a lot. Today, there was a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses with no price and they did not sell them to me. It had an alarm tag but no price. I got to the cashier and she called another person for a price check. When that person came, she went to look for another pair of glasses with a price, she came back with them but they kept saying that the sunglasses were Ray Ban and are much more than that price. They called up another lady and she said that they were selling some that are 59.99 and another price they did not say. They after told me that someone lost the glasses and they couldn’t sell it right after they said they were selling some for 59.99.9 months agoThe bathroom has been “out of order” for two years now. I think she’s a manager, yelling at her employees, making them feel bada year agoI had the honor to be assisted by two of the most pleasant, funny, smart, good looking, and helpful ladies that work at Marshalls in East Boston. Their names are Linda & Leticia; if there is an internal award program, i would highly suggest these 2 ladies to get it!!!

It was ok! Not much of a selection. They need to keep the addicts out the store tho not a good experience waiting in line!
I was just browsing around. The store was cluttered and I was not able to move around in the store. The workers just looked at me while I was moving boxes and carts [while in a powerchair] You figured they would move the boxes but they didn’t. I left without purchasing anything. This establishment will never get my business again; disabled individuals are Humans too. These establishments must realize that consumers like myself help pay their rent.
