I went in to sort out an issue I had with my metrocard being connected to the wrong payment method. The staff were friendly and helpful, clearly had gone through this process before and I was out in no time.

Very RUDE staff at the info centre. People coming there do not know something is why they are there to inquire. We do not need unnecessary attitude from the staff for not knowing something, that is literally what they are there for. I’d rather use the machine than talk to a person at Adelaide railway station.

I feel generous having to give 1 star. Adelaide Metro would have to be one of the worst public transport systems in the developed world.
