a month agoVery friendly service. Great information about Brisbane and Queensland. Easy booking and a place to relax. Very old and beautiful structure. So many leaflets and booklets about Brisbane.a week agoDavid was a SUPERSTAR and helped plan our day to get to know the city. Didn’t try to sell us anything just showed us the best way to get around and see the sights.a month agoFairly disappointing to have no ability to make contact on a weekend where you advertise Briabane is the place to be – but you can’t be bothered staffing it til 10am. Who visits and brings thier day as late as this? Also needed to contact you as can’t find disability parking at Southbank because it’s closed for Reno and can book .. but the number thier can’t take messagesLooks like we get to stay home since 10am is too late to be in any way waiting to find suitable accessible parking . How very Ableist you are.
5 years agoJust love it in the old Regent Theatre Building! What a Brisbane icon! Sincerely hope this remains the permanent place for the information centre as it is the eye of Brisbane!! The architecture and the decoration throughout the building is just stunning for Australia with a relatively young history of4 months agoI felt uncomfortable today when I enquired about national parks, left feeling put down and none the wiser by the man who greeted me. Maybe he could be replaced by the young woman who was looking embarrassed by his manner.

We had a lovely time here today. A big thanks to Daniel our guide. It was a great time of the year to go, not too hot. The breeze from the river cooled it down when we did feel some heat.
A nice little walk on the riverside. From the Epicurious garden, the artificial beach and the Queensland museum, it makes for a good family time. I recommend to go during the weekend and on a sunny day (even though it can get pretty busy). Expect to spend half a day there.
Great great family zone. For free family fun it’s an exciting day out xoxoxo
Mainstream place. If you come in Brisbane, you must visit this place!
All clean and perfect to do a photo for your social medias.
Great little “city beach” with a variety of well priced food options available in the immediate vicinity
