4 months agoOne of the better TJ. Maxx’s I have been to. Everything was very neat and organized. I still though can never find jeans that I actually like. I’m not into skinny straight legged jeans, and TJ Maxx has nothing but those for sale. Another thing I noticed about TJ Maxx, they take forever to cash you out.a month agoI can always find stuff in here if I need it or not. a month agoBad customer service… 4 people behind the counter but only one checking people out, others walking away at the same time. The one actual cashier was nice, so I gave the story an extra star for her. Also get some bags … just because New York lets you be jerks doesn’t mean you have to be jerksa year agoI actually shopped twice today. Got some Christmas decorations and Christmas presents. As always a great shopping experience. Line started long but went quick, they called up for more help. Awesome selection of makeup at this location and they do a good job of putting things in the cases so they are not tempered with.
Miss the old TJs , it’s not the same. It is very clean though.I do like how the outside is connected to other stores , like a little city! Nice to walk around very relaxing!
Clean store. prices were reasonable. They have a good variety of handbags as well. The store lighting was good. The home good section had lotsa interesting items in nominal price ranges. Good collection of womens everyday wear.
Line for checkout was too long, so we decided not to get anything. They for sure need more cashiers.
We don’t understand why they have a home decor section since HomeGoods and Homesense (the same company) are next door. The selection wasn’t that great compared to the others.
The checkout line was extremely long, there was a man standing around being very rude to older customers behind cashiers when they got confused at which number register to go to. He should have got on a register and helped instead of being so ignorant, and customers were so mad when they left they were leaving the shopping carts in a mess and he got mad about that. At least it gave him something to do.?
