Definitely recommend.5 years agoI’ve had only good experiences with this store, but I usually know exactly what I need and don’t have to try anything on. I think it’s the cleanest and best merchandised TJM store in the area. 1* Acknowledged when I need assistance. 2* Always treated politely and with dignity. 3* Staff has often had a genuinely thoughtful comment or conversation that lent itself to align with inclusion in their customer base as I am. 4* I have been treated as a customer who has access to anything I would want or need in the store, and always addressed as one would expect a very valued customer to be addressed. 5* Easily accessible clean restroom.3 months agoThey don’t really have the name brands that they used to carry years ago you get mainly a more of a low grade or quality of clothes not used to that6 months agoI’d say this place was pretty good. 5 months agoOn 6/4/2023, Sunday at 6:28 PM. The lack of available registers and the unprofessional behavior of the staff left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with my shopping experience. Only two registers were open, causing a long line of customers to wait to be served. When I inquired about the reason for this inconvenience to a cashier, Mattew C., his response was not only dismissive but also disrespectful. “Because we are on the payroll.”What made matters worse was the presence of two other employees behind the cashier’s desk. Although Matthew claimed that they were coordinators and not supposed to be at the register, they were taking customers at the register, and the lights at the registers were on, but they just stopped when it was my turn, and then leisurely walked around engaging in a conversation behind the cashier’s desk, disregarding customers lined up.
This incident left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Waiting in line for an extended period due to a shortage of open registers is already inconvenient, but witnessing employees neglect their responsibilities and prioritize their conversations is simply unacceptable.
I believe it is essential for your store management to address this issue promptly. Proper training should be provided to the staff members regarding the importance of efficient service, respecting customers’ time, and prioritizing their needs. It is crucial to have a sufficient number of registers open, especially during peak hours, to ensure a smooth shopping experience for everyone.
a year agoThere’s a good selection of products at this location but also a significant price difference than the tjmaxx in Wesley chapel. There’s also a very foul smell throughout the store like there is urine on the carpets.a month agoemployees are rude and will scold you for looking at products. i was planning on buying an eyeshadow palette and opened the box to make sure it wasn’t broken and in good condition (we all know half the beauty products at discount stores are messed up or shattered) and the employee got angry at me. i’d rather go to another store where they treat their customers with respect, i put it back and will not be returning.3 years agoLove this location for their jewelry, always a great selection. Looks like they brought in a bunch of new options as well. Pleasantly surprised at how much stuff they brought in for Christmas. Cheerful staff and everything is clean and organized. All of the giftable items are organized in groups on red tables throughout the entire store.4 years agoCame in looking for gold gear and found it! Prices are reasonable. Everything is at its own section so it’s pretty easy to find and sizes are very organized. The cashier will ask you constantly to sign up for their credit card. Very good experience would go there again if I need too!

This place is in town and country plaza, the store is huge and the items are also average priced, they are not very demanding, here you can buy kids and newborn clothes, adults, clothes, shoes, fashion, makeup, all kinds of stuff. Snacks jewelry, handbags, pet accessories, kitchen and bathroom accessories, furniture, toys, home decor, and many more, The staff is very friendly and the service is good.
Stood at the front of the line for 4 minutes while two associates talked and did not acknowledge me. Then another customer walked past me and up to the register where one employee immediately helped her. I said “excuse me” and she finally acknowledged me saying “I’m sorry I was waiting for her”. So basically the cashier waited while some woman kept shopping all while ignoring me who was ready to check out.
I feel like the deals here aren’t as good as they used to be. There also isn’t as much clearance, and the clearance usually isn’t priced as well as it was before either. I don’t come here very often, but do check it out every few months or so. This last time I actually did find some deals in the clearance, so you never really know unless you check. What I found had been marked down 3-4 times little by little until it finally got down enough to be good deals. They do have some harder to find decorative items that can be pretty neat, but again you are going to pay for them. I feel like Home Goods and At Home have better selections and better prices than here for these types of items.
Love the store. Have spent tons of money there. Great selection and prices. My one pet peeve is when I go to checkout. There always seems to be cashiers that have very long conversations with each customer. Mostly about family. Yesterday I was there and stood in line along with 15 other people for 20 minutes. There was only one casher at the time. Lo and behold, instead of rushing to help everyone, this one cashier stood there and helped a woman, who couldn’t speak English, fill out a credit application. I was so pissed I always dropped my purchases and left. If you want to fill out an application form, there should be a special desk just for that. Very frustrating to say the least
I just got the worst service ever!!! The cashier attendant was so rude with me. She started throwing things to make noises because I didn’t realize I had to choose email or print receipt instead of just telling me like a normal person.
I’m very disappointed!
