The attendant at the dressing rooms was spreading sunshine and complimenting everyone on something she liked about their appearance. The cashiers said her name is Dolores and everybody loves her! Also, selection was great (today’s a Tuesday, not sure if a shipment came in or they are just generally well-stocked). Went to return something and wound up getting an outfit for an upcoming wedding.a month agoSuper deals on quality clothes, accessories! Great staff and security. TJ Maxx always has the best after Christmas sales! The furniture and home decor selections are reasonably priced and of great quality. Definitely worth the trip or 2!?
I always find great things at TJ Maxx! Today the check out was not crowded so I was in and out pretty quickly. As I found what I was looking for fairly fast, at least for me!
I was in the store today, 9/19/23. I didn’t have the best experience today. I was in between 2 and 220 pm. I walked up to the jewelry counter. I was not greeted by the employee. I walked around to a different side of the counter. She walked to the opposite side. I went to the side closest to the dressing room. She kept her head down. I finally circled the entire counter, ending back where I started. Looking at a necklace on the top shelf. I lingered to see if she would finally acknowledge me or offer assistance. She turned her back to me and went to the back register where she was on the phone. I went to the home section and ended up talking to an employee who was off from work shopping. She told me the jewelry employee name was Josilyn.
Rude to customers. I’ll come for that necklace when a more professional person is working.
I fool wit TJ MAXX the long way quality items for exceptionally reasonable prices. I’m literally putting my wardrobe back together and it looks identical to the $45,000 dollar worth of clothing I lost with Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, and more for a fraction of the cost.

Awful management! I tried to return an damaged item today 10/08/23 and even when I was following their policy, the manager sent me to Fedex to return it to the warehouse!!! That’s how you lose business quick, I’ll buy somewhere else! This community deserves better!
