a year agoI went to this TJ Maxx to find Black artwork to decorate with and they did not disappoint! They had a lot of pieces. The store was very neat and well organized and the staff that I interacted with were super friendly. I will definitely be returning and recommend this location to others.2 years ago6:15pm the shop is very busy, person in every aisle kinda busy. The staff is super friendly and the shop is well stocked and the prices are great as usual.We were in there looking for a set of knives on a block, there were knives but not in a block. A simple preference thing if you ask me, if it weren’t for you queues I’d probably have left with something I didn’t intend to get!
3 months agoSelection was adequate. However, the line to check out was 30 people deep with only 3 cashiers…. 3 registers were empty. After waiting for 30 min another cashier finally came. BTW it was only 4 pm. Not my favorite experience.4 months agoI visited this store yesterday around 2:30 PM and was immediately drawn to the jewelry counter to purchase a piece of jewelry. The woman at the counter had her back turned to me and was having a discussion with an associate. I waited a full 7 minutes and was never even acknowledged then she left the counter and went on break. So I left the counter to do other shopping. I completed my shopping in other departments and went to check out and the register attendant was again having a conversation with an associate. Did not greet me or talk to me at all. Just rang me up while talking to his peer about school and email. Is it to much to expect customer service anymore? The definition of service includes taking care of the revenue source which is the customer! This is why most of us shop online these days. There is no benefit in the at location experience any longer.a year agoI originally bought a pair of all black fur lined crocs at a popular shoe store a few doors down for $60 but when I came to TJ Max and found these (see pic-charms were not included) I fell in love and they were only $25!!! Needless to say I returned the crocs to other shoe store!!!! I love the color and haven’t seen many people with the Tye dye black…

Clean and organized for it to have been late in the evening.

Looove this TJ Maxx! They always have a good selection and great prices. I got this Betsey Johnson dress for $30 and this cute adjustable winter headband/scarf for $15! I also like that it’s right next to a Marshall’s because if you haven’t gotten your discount shopping fix at the first place, you can go next door and do it all over again LOL. There’s also an Ulta, Petco, Bath and Body Works, and Dierberg’s in that shopping center so I know that pretty much no matter what I need to buy, I can find it in one of those places. It’s very handy and in a nice, safe area
Workers are very rude and provides poor customer service. Very unsatisfied went shopping at one of my favorite stores. To have a worker to follow me around the store while trying to shop. Also making insult and harassment for looking at perfumes and smelling perfumes I’m trying to purchase. Didn’t take any merchandise out of box was out in the open. Took lid off to sniff smell scents to make a selection and basically. Having a worker assume I’m trying to steal perfume while having a cart filled with merchandise I intend to purchase. I will not shop at this location anymore due to being uncomfortable. Will not spend my money where I feel unwelcome or feel as I’m being discriminated.
Horrible customer services at the store. They make you feel like you are stealing clothes when you actually are buying clothes. There is a specific employee a tall, old , skinny guy who will judge you immediately when you are ready to buy and return clothes. That guy has a Horrible attitude.
I LOVE tj maxx it’s so great. i got half of my dorm stuff here for under $100
It’s been so long since I felt shopping down to the wire of closing time wasn’t a crime against humanity. They always have deals that I think are better than thrift stores. They have some of the highest end facial products at prices that feel illegal lol. Good help is hard to find I hope the woman who seemed to be the last cashier on wed. night- be sure to take care of her…I’m sure they do- I over heard the store manager and she really cares about her employees- another thing that’s so good to hear and makes me feel good about spending money here.
