a month agoHave had really good experiences here! Pharmacists take the time to explain medications and answer any questions. They were very accomodating and feel very at ease getting help here.6 years agoEasy shopping here and nice staff8 months agoThank you! We were on holidays in Tassie and needed a new script filled from a Qld doctor. From start to finish the staff were incredible, accepting a weird script from an unknown doctor for an unknown customer, and on filling it questioning us in a friendly way and explaining the medication to ensure it was correct in the circumstances. When we failed to pick up the physical script on our return the staff went above and beyond to get our script back to our home pharmacy and checked in with us personally, multiple times, to ensure it was received. Merry Christmas to you all.3 years agoOverall not a great experience, some of the pharmacist assistants seem to forget the pharmacy is situated in a known low socioeconomic area as they they seem to treat said people different than they do those who appear to be “somewhat better of” there’s been many times I’ve heard and seen some snickering About customers and as I said being situated in a well known a low income area you would think they would be more accepting of all customers.6 years agoAlways great service. May i just compliment the wonderful service of your staff.I and my wife are in lockdown due to the dreaded. i rang and ordered a RAT an couple of other needs and paid on line and my granddaughter picked up. It was so easy and every thing was ready for her to collect at front counter. i spoke with Grace who was so helpful. a big thank you to all your staff even when I enter there as I am on elbow crutches. Needed an after hour Chemist as all were closed in Ulverstone so headed here. They were quick, friendly and helpful.
An added bonus was seeing the automated robot that assists in getting the over the counter medicines. It’s soo cool to see this kind of technology at work and they all talked about how useful it was and means that the people working there get to spend more time with the customer rather than trying to track down something. Excellent.
