  1. Highly recommend! Our family hired Claire to help us with the challenge of transitioning to a gluten free dairy free diet, which had been recommended for our Autistic/ADHD son. Claire’s intrinsic knowledge of nutrition was evident immediately, and her suggestions gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for – which was a plan and a pathway forward that was actually doable.

Claire’s treatment report was chock full of great information, from a succinct summary of our discussion, to outlining the plan forward, plus great recipes, and get this – she also included links to recent and related studies regarding Autism and diet, next level service!!!

Since seeing Claire we have implemented and maintained our predominantly gluten free dairy free diet, the idea of the transition used to feel too overwhelming to me, but with Claire’s guidance we have had more success than I could have imagined. Thank you Claire xxx

  2. My daughter is in remission from Ulcerative Colitis. I first met Claire 9 years ago at the start of our journey to use food and nutrition to support my daughter’s health. Claire has a wide range of knowledge and is caring and empathetic listener.

  3. I attended a workshop hosted by Claire, and omg! My eyes were opened at that workshop. The things i thought were healthy, were actually not. Claire is incredibly knowledgeable and explains things in a way that everyone understands. Since attending the workshop, I have changed my families diet, and we now eat the not so good stuff in moderation.

  4. Claire hosted a workshop at my children’s school a few years ago.
Not knowing what I was in for, she really blew me away. Claire has a really genuine and practicable approach. She raised our awareness as a group, while also allowing each of us to share and raise concerns about our own situation. She created a welcoming, open environment, with no judgement what so ever to the choices we make/made. When I shared my weaknesses, Claire showed understanding and shared her thoughts on the subject in such a way that I still make different choices today. The workshop really stuck with me, I continue to refer back to what I learned when I do my shopping or talk about food with others. Claire has really (had) a positive impact on my family, which I’m incredibly grateful for.
