3 weeks agoOrdered on the app, says 3-8 mins, waited for 11 mins, saw something I didn’t want to see, probably won’t go back again.Here is what I saw.
Staff Eve or Evie(girl with brown hair, nose ring and purple nails) was making some yellow coloured drink(mango something, maybe), she made a batch and was trying to split into three cups. When she finished pouring the third cup she realised it was not enough so she used the blender as a spoon to get some from cup number two. No success. This time she poured some from cup 2 then split it into cup 2 and 3.
Probably not a health issue, but makes me feel sick.

But I do believe if you hire someone, no matter how old the person is, following correct procedures is necessary.

Grossly understaffed at all times, as well as staff who struggle to keep up with the influx of people due to chronic understaffing. I thought the last few times I have been here that they must have been under the pump and are experiencing a busy spike, however they consistently demonstrate to be unable to keep up with the flow of customers. Apparently I was wrong, and management of this place decide to subject their young staff to unrealistic pressure. I have firsthand witnessed the staff be verbally abused due to the extensive wait times. Management of this place need to pull out their finger and look after the staff.
Unfortunately this ridiculous wait time means the quality of the product is significant lacking also – I recommend that people keep away from this Boost.
Absolutely appalling! The KIDS working this place had absolutely no care at all- they were going at a snail pace!!! Stood for 45 minutes waiting for two boot juices!
All the staff were on their phones! How is this okay!??! And no one was actually doing any work?? Watching three people in drive through tell them they want a refund and drove away because they had waited even long in line than we had. I can’t believe it’s taken this long to get a juice. Avoid this place!!!

Worst boost juice & drive-thru I have ever been to. Will never go again. After waiting to order & having cars behind me so I couldn’t exit I was told I can’t order through the drive-thru as it’s too busy for them & have to go in the store. I then had to wait 20 minutes just to exit. No order taken.
On another occasion I walked to this boost juice on a hot day with my son in his pram to be told that they were understaffed & orders were only to be taken through the drive-thru. Only after me pointing out how unsafe it is for me to bring the pram through the drive thru I was eventually & reluctantly served in store.
No point getting cross at the teenagers working there. It’s not their fault. Management are beyond poor they need to put on more staff especially through summer.
Also need to add smoothies/juices are so are so watery & icy. They have no flavour.
Extremely slow service and the waiting time is ridiculous . Every time I go through drive through, whether they’re busy or not, there is about a 20 minute wait. I walked in to Boost Juice whilst waiting through drive through and approached staff asking why the wait was so long. All staff stared at me, silently turned their backs and continued to slowly work.
I received my Boost with the lid broken and the drink dripping all over the outside of the cup. I returned it and the drink was brought back the same. I was also asked if I had paid….right after I paid. There was also no ‘Thank you for waiting’ Staff seemed to not care much. Definitely will stop giving that place a chance as it has been the same experience every time.
