When I went to report it to the staff, a male employee he replied very confidently that there will be no problem with the juice they made. This is a cup of watermelon and lychee juice. This store has been opened in the city for many years. I thought the reputation would be very good. I just want to give feedback on the service level of the staff, but When I opened this place, I found that the score of this store was much lower than I expected. I recently went to this boost juice and I ordered a watermelon juice and it tasted fruity and healthy.
The service was really friendly and the stuff were attentive. There was bit of wait in line to get served. The atmosphere was bustling while being warm and rustic.
The store is located in convenient location. Although it was a bit pricey it was still value to money. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great place to buy a drink
Boost Juice is good by it self but poor customer service. I ordered two drinks and they came separately, got the second drink after two or three other customers orders. During this time a staff member had her phone out, putting in from of her colleagues face who was pouring the drinks…
I witnessed a Boost staff member, “Chloe”, tell a young man to “f…k off” after he was apparently rude to one young staff. The young guy was actually refused service. Boost has lost the plot !
This girl loved her power trip…buy a juice from somewhere else.
Got a smoothie here, only to get in the car and drink it, and start feeling weird textures. I am very sensitive to textures that I know shouldn’t be in something, so I was a little confused. I start pulling out like little bits of plastic or something? I dunno but there were a fair few of these little things in there. The boost tasted good and all but just really weird and yucky? Never had this happen w my order before.
