She said there’s “manly things here” but I was fooled. This is 100% a girls store.Next time I want to buy some fluffy scarfs, odd shaped mirrors & princess Dog beds I’ll know where to go…

There is always something new that interests me every time I visit. The things that I dislike however are that I cannot buy the same items that are in store online. And the second is that there are is usually a limited supply of the items I like. for example, I needed three matching pillows for my couch and they only had two of the style that I liked. The staff is usually pretty darn friendly. but they are always raising money for something and that is just annoying. there is a clearance going on this week! Incredible prices but sometimes still too high.

I thought I liked TJ Maxx until I went to this one. The workers aren’t friendly whatsoever. Most are super young so that’s likely why – they clearly weren’t raised or trained to be friendly or helpful to customers. But, even worse… I show up 1.5 hours before closing time to browse for clothes and start collecting a large pile to try on, and they had the fitting rooms closed, with no good reason. I even spoke with a manager and she could not give me one good reason, especially since there were 7 employees all within eyesight, including one who was walking around doing nothing, who could easily be manning the fitting rooms. If you’re going to close your fitting rooms because you as a manager, and your staff, are too lazy to man them, then at least have the courtesy to put a sign at the front door, so people coming to find clothes do not waste their time visiting your store to pick out clothing which they won’t be able to try on; we can go elsewhere. I told 4 other customers who were collecting clothes, clearly to try on, and they were frustrated too – 2 left the store too. There was zero reason given or apparent for the store to not have fitting rooms open that far from closing time. I used to work retail in high school, 24 years ago, back when managers and store associates actually respected customers and wanted their business. And we certainly did not turn away customers from trying on clothing until 10 minutes before closing time! TJ Maxx has officially lost a customer, not that they cared about their customers any way.
Most of the clothes have stains on them and I’m not talking itty bitty ones on the shirt or pants… I’m talking about half the clothes stained like noticable. Who wants that type of stuff???
The store was very nice with many options. The staff in the dressing area was not very nice. Abrupt with talking to you and never smiled. My friend and I were very disappointed.
Good prices, a wide variety of brands, very well stocked, there are clothes for all tastes, for the whole family, and exclusive items, highly recommended! the facilities are very comfortable and the work staff is very nice
