    I mostly have elevated blood sugar levels and continuing my journey to healthy low carb eating to reduce my blood sugar levels. It’s such a hard process but Nutrition Science Group has given me firsthand advice, gave me tips on what to eat (or a low carb alternative healthy option of what I would normally eat). Always very helpful and will go at great lengths to help me achieve my goal.

  1. My son and I started seeing Brendan for regular PT sessions nearly a year ago. I was wanting to lose weight and get fit and my son has scoliosis so needed muscle gain to help with this. Our journey with Brendan so far has been hmmmm…………..interesting!
    Brendan regularly uses a large wooden stick to poke and prod us whilst hurling abusive insults. Another trick to motivate us is to yell and generally be mean!
    Brendan is never happy, he is constantly disappointed in our progress and will very often let us drop weights on our faces.
    His terrible taste in music and inability to count is so frustrating! And to top it all off Brendan takes great pleasure in pinching your fat!
    Appointments are annoyingly available and convenient. Prices are mockingly reasonable with pay weekly options to increase affordability .
    If you train in a pair just be mindful he does pick a favourite!
    Can’t wait for our next session and to be bombarded with his expertise, guidance and amazing anatomy knowledge (irritating know it all!)
    Would give 6 stars if we could, highly recommend!

  2. I did personal training with Brendan and even as someone who was relatively experienced in training, Brendan instilled me with so much knowledge and confidence. He helped show me how much I can push myself beyond what I thought i was capable of whilst teaching me about my form which has eliminated any aches and pains I was getting from training by myself. 100% recommend, even for those who believe they know what they’re doing in the gym – personal training with Brendan will definitely be valuable for adding guidance to your training.

  3. Brendan is an amazing PT who is highly knowledgeable and truly wants to help get the best out of you. He is very accommodating to me and my partner’s shift work schedules and we always have a great time every session.

  4. Absolutely love coming here each and every week ?? doing 1 on 1 pt sessions with Brendan! And group sessions with Belinda! It’s honestly my happy place and I enjoy every session I have! It’s helped not only my physical health, but also my mental health immensely! They are both so lovely and I couldn’t be more happy with how they both run their sessions! Each week I feel so motivated to come back ? highly recommend!
