    My friend recommended I go to see Katrina for my stomach cramps, IBS symptoms and fatigue.     Katrina is FANTASTIC! She has helped our son enormously with his attitude and approach to eating. Katrina provided him with a perfect amount of education and knowledge as well as some practical strategies to implement his knowledge. Her approach was very personal and individual rather than a “cookie cutter” system. And the recipes Katrina provided as part of the program have been amazing – reliable, easy and absolutely delicious as well as being much healthier and nutritious than what we were using.   1. Signing up for Tiff’s prenatal yoga course was one of the best things I did for myself during this pregnancy. I started at 30 weeks but honestly wish I had started sooner! The gentle exercise and breathing techniques have helped me so much. It’s given me time out every week to focus on me and bub but has also given me practical tools to use in labour. Tiff was always happy to answer questions and modify movements to suit your needs/stage of pregnancy. Thank you Tiff!

  2. My husband and I absolutely LOVED our Hypnobirthing 2 day course with Tiff. Before attending the sessions we both felt a little bit anxious and unsure of how to best prepare for the birth of our first bub. After two days with Tiff and a group of lovely other parents-to-be we feel empowered, confident and excited for the birth of our little one.   3. I came away from our Hypnobirthing weekend with the amazing Tiff, empowered, relaxed and excited for the birth of our first baby. I emerged as a completely different mother to be full of knowledge and power. The experience was also fantastic for strengthening the bond between me, my husband and baby and equipping us with the right tools to stay calm and confident throughout pregnancy and birth. Tiff’s deep relaxation sessions even bought me to tears of happiness imagining my little baby in my arms on the day of his birth. I feel so full of love and have released my fears of birth thanks to Tiff who has helped change my whole perception on having a positive birth experience.

As first time parents, we went into this weekend with an open mind, hoping to learn as much as possible that resonated with us. Tiffany & Hypno Birthing Australia really focused on birthing positively however you want that to look for you. This was the moment I realised we were in the right course. Being encouraged to feel empowered regardless of what happens during your birth and pregnancy journey. How to prepare your body and mind for a positive birth experience & one that you’ll never want to forget!
