Store was well set out and prices were cheap.a year agoOut the back where they sell furniture, household items, toys brick and brack and all kinds is absolutely awesome for a great bargain! Staff are super friendly and always happy to assist you. A bounty of items on offer with a large store space to accommodate it all. Staff are always very friendly and the Salvo’s chain offer great deals and discount options. This particular Salvo’s store has a small parking place of its own, but has plenty of more space on the road sides just outside and of neighboring businesses and car parks.
More and more people are visiting as they are now full on businesses and offer quality items at reasonable prices. However, in recent times the item prices have gone up markedly so you need to watch what you are looking to purchase and determine if it is really worth what they are asking for.
Having said that though, brand items are considerably cheaper here than if you had to purchase them as new items from a dedicated retailer. Service here is really good, with cheerful positive staff. Very relaxed and you can take your time to search for the item you are looking for. The trick is that you need to visit often as you will then have more opportunity at succeeding in finding what you are looking for.
Well laid out store with friendly staff, however I paid $11 for a Kmart brand, still in the box piemaker, that I was assured was brand new, never been used. Upon opening at home, the machine was not only used but filthy and the non- stick surface scratched off. Staff assured me all appliances were checked thoroughly before going up for sale. Disappointed.
Manager is very rude and ill mannered. Pathetic and arrogant.
Though staff is very polite and helpful.
Susan and Rylene was absolute charm. Kind and friendly ladies with warm hearts and welcoming behaviours .
I feel bad for them as they had to deal with such idiot manager every day.
