3 months agoVery disappointed that I couldn’t purchase a broken mug; I didn’t need a discount but had asked anyway along with some broken hair clips and the cashier told me I could get the discount on the hair clips but not the mug and I couldn’t purchase it because “it could hurt me”. I kept insisting I wouldn’t complain that they sold me a broken mug and I said if I hadn’t pointed the damage out I would’ve been able to buy it without anyone noticing the damage. Also the broken hair clip was sharper compared to the damage on the mug and yet they allowed me to purchase that. It didn’t make any sense and was just very strange. The store’s ambiance is welcoming and modern, and the layout is well-designed. The staff members were friendly and went out of their way to provide personalized assistance. The product range was impressive, with a variety of options in every department. The checkout process was quick and hassle-free. I was doing some returns the other day and the cashier Jasmine was really helpful and kind during the process. She was very talkative and seemed very nice. Hopefully I see her more often to help me with my future purchases!
This store is one my favorites, staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience doing some returns, the cashier named Jasmine was very helpful and respectful. I believe that the way you treat others is how you will be treated.
Has everything for women, men, children, kitchen, and home. Very well stocked. Very organized. Plenty of free parking. Good customer service. Great prices and bargains.
I am satisfied with Store manager by the name Johnnie. She is extremely professional, helpful, considerate and Respectful with costumers relations. Johnnie goes above and beyond to satisfied and exceeded to solved costumers concerns on the day I shopped at store. I also would like to recognize the employee by the name Jessica for helping me in the Jewelry Department. She was extremely professional, patient, and friendly with customer service skills.
