4 months agoProbably the worst Walmart I’ve been to. No way this is a Supercenter. No self-checkouts and lines are constantly backed up. Avoid Fri-Sun with how crazy busy this store is. Matter of fact, avoid any day of the week! However, it is a fairly modern-looking store and is clean. Most employees I’ve interacted with were very friendly for the most part- Asked one worker if she could unlock something from the hardware case and she told me she has no key and just started walking away. I then asked another employee and she replied, “no speak English.”5 months agoWorst pick up location more than 2 hours waiting when this is suppose to save you time waste of my time ugh more than 2 hours and 20 pickup spots all full and no employees around, and you have to reserve a time I reserved 9-10am everyone here stress because they started to cancel orders after all this waiting and here it is the employee taking selfies and talking in the phone came out just for 1 customera year agoIt’s crazy busy in here. The lines try to move fast but because of the amount of people that live in the neighborhood is going to be crowded. Products were easy to find, labels are correct and the cashiers try to get you out as soon as possiblea month agoIt was ok, I thought they would have alot more clothing and camping supplies. The staff went out of there way to assist us. The worst part was waiting in line to check-out. Rosie the cashier was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After all said and done. We had a good experience.2 months agoThe super Sassy Male cashier told my elderly disabled mother to bag her own item. I was in the next line over and had to tell him about his self. No manager available and customer service was closed as always due to short staffing

in the last weekAbsolutely HATE this Walmart. Always so crowded and very hood. But it’s closest to me so sometimes I have to run in and out to grab something. Be prepared to stand in line no matter the time of day. The parking lot has plenty of parking but it is sooo chaotic. People selling items and hanging out. I rather drive farther than to stop in this Walmart.2 weeks agoVery unorganized some of employees . Have bad attitudes like they don’t like their jobs and they assume everyone is thieves plus all the shelves are mostly empty and i had to wait over an hour in line to wait for a can of spray paint to be found because the store clerk was in the back of the store getting my paint and she told me that she was taking the paint to the front of store and it will be at register 16 when I came to front to register 16 after I was finishing shopping I ask the clerk if she had my spray paint and she said what spray can I told her the young lady bought it to the front and she said she don’t know where it is so now I’m standing there looking crazy in line with other people standing behind me I was getting angry because now not only i been waiting to find out about my spray paint and it was taking my lunch time away from me so eventually they found it hidden in between the shelves behind the clerk counter this was unacceptable I will not give my business to this Walmart at this location ever .2 months agoGot the rudest cashier today. Like no greeting no meeting eyes no nothing. He was counting cat food cans that I was purchasing and I alerted him that they were two different brands so to different prices that didn’t seem to sit well with him once he started taking them out the box he was no really gentle at all but not completely slamming them down. Dude had a attitude.This was OP# 008053 on terminal 9. couldn’t tell his name cause his id was flipped backwards. But he definitely needs to learn some customer service skills dude looked like he really didn’t want to be at his job.
a month agoEverything and for everyone, its staff also shows education, but it’s unfortunate to see how the Managers do not value the time and person of their client’s because with a lot customer there are the fewest cashiers. Really, this action it is very poor for a billion-dollar company.in the last weekI went in walmart with a air conditioner I bought that was too small..the cashier was so nice Asia was a little upset she had to tell me I only had 30 days to return it and I was told I had 90.. she than went to get her supervisor and she could not return because of the 30 day..she then went to go get her supervisor to help me further.. The manager gave me my refund through gift card.. she was very understanding and saw I read the sign about 90 days with or without reciept…She was a great example of how to satisfy a customer..She had a accent and was pretty. I forgot her name that fast but I will see her again at the rosevelt blvd walmart..

All I wanted was available. This was my first time after I moved to Philly so obviously I had a long list of necessary stuff and I could tick off everything off my list. Particularly, this one being by the side of the river provides you with a spectacular view of the city.

I absolutely love your store I really needed those other items and I’m not to happy about your customer service my cashier was missirable and ripped me off I ride my bike miles to get special items and I calculated 53 with all I had my hibiscus tea stolen and my bollymill prayer was taken im very hurt and upset being a project home resident and Walmart investor. I went on a Saturday and there were a lot of other customers. If you have a cart it can be tight at times in different aisles with other patrons and their carts. I found most of what I needed, but noticed there were several shelves missing items on them. No Just Mayo available here which is a darned shame! Prices were not too bad. Parking lot is an adventure to deal with both parking and pedestrians. Many many employees restocking which on one hand is great but on the other hand their trolleys holding the restock items took up space in the aisles. It was basically a three star experience mostly…plus another star for the easy checkout (several check out clerks spanning several checkout lines and so only one customer in front of me so I liked that). Overall not a bad experience. Just be prepared for a lot of other ppl there since this is obviously a city location.
Overall it was a fine experience…I use a wheelchair and the associate was very accommodating…I was however unhappy with my fruit purchases specifically my strawberries… . a young man handed me a 2lbs pack that was partially yellowish and 5days later they spoiled
