A drive-in theater or drive-in cinema is a form of cinema structure consisting of a large outdoor movie screen, a projection booth, a concession stand, and a large parking area for automobiles. Within this enclosed area, customers can view movies from the privacy and comfort of their cars. Some drive-ins have small playgrounds for children and a few picnic tables or benches.
The screen can be as simple as a painted white wall, or it can be a steel truss structure with a complex finish. Originally, the movie's sound was provided by speakers on the screen and later by individual speakers hung from the window of each car, which was attached to a small pole by a wire. These speaker systems were superseded by the more practical method of microbroadcasting the soundtrack to car radios. This also has the advantage of the film soundtrack to be heard in stereo on car stereo systems, which are typically of much higher quality and fidelity than the basic small mono speakers used in the old systems.

Always been my go-to cinema since I was 4 years old and now has nice new modern renovations which look amazing!

There’s a bar and plenty of choice in food such as pizza. There’s even self-checkout for food and movie tickets too!

Always friendly staff and clean theatres and bathrooms.

The only downside is the price of food/drinks and 36 minutes of ads from the movie start time (I checked), but that’s to be expected at a movie theatre ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I was surprised to see this is very clean and modern inside with a bar that serves food (pizzas and hot dogs and more) and alcohol! The seats in the cinema even at the normal price seemed to be reclining ones with a button. Overall very pleasantly surprised and recommended

Nice new cinema experience. And now there is a bar that serves alcohol. No tap beer but still ok. $10.50 for a Jb and coke. They pour it into plastic for you…..yay. It’s all self serve popcorn and soda drinks mostly, though the bar will serve mixers. Everything is so modern now. The extreme screen experience is great too, great picture and sound quality. It is better than watching from a big screen at home for the big budget Hollywood movie. I saw Black Adam.

  1. Upgrade to the main foyer is great, still very small area for food. No self service with popcorn, drinks, lollies or sadly still no pizzas ? lol Been to gold glass a few times selection of food is good, the waiting area is beautiful and the two cinemas in gold class are a good size. Will be back just for the gold class.

  2. Went to Gold class.
    Nice bar area .
Great seats but really upset the main meal was forgotten and desert was brought first followed by a cold main .
Very disappointing considering it cost $50

  3. Comfortable, etc. Totally recommended “The Sound of Freedom” movie to help raise awareness and create change in such an awful horrible world that exists in the shadows, though often in plain sight.
The snack bar could have used more team members. Especially because online food orders seem to get priority? no matter when they arrive. Many others are waiting in the cue, though were not served in order. To me, that doesn’t seem fair.
Ironically, there were some marks on the screen,? I’m not sure how they would get there, but it reminds me of our own tv, laptop, and phone screens. Anyway, in certain scenes, they were more prominent, so perhaps checking that more frequently may avoid that….still a gr8 cinema ?

  4. Absolutely terrible customer service and management and the cinema and seats tend to be dirty and not well maintained and the chairs are uncomfortable. They also do not offer refunds when things go wrong with films and you miss part of the film or it runs late or when management are in the wrong about accusing teenagers in particular of not paying for their tickets when in fact they have.
